Its a multipurpose decorating tool, but its often called a 'wallpaper cutter guide', or wallpaper smoother sometimes. I had a brief look for the one I have but can't find it, but there are many other good ones out there. Thanks for watching.

Hi Peter, it's called a vinyl wallpaper smoother on the site I bought it from. The shop is called Decorating Direct. I get all my painting gear from them. (I'm not affiliated in any way). That tool is one of my most used in my decorating tool box, I use it as a filling knife, for light scraping, and even a hawk when filling. You can get different sizes.

Thanks, I'm not too sure but they might have been the older style harris brand. They are super sharp and I don't remember them costing very much at the time.
