Hi friends! It was time to see what Walmart had for spring/summer 2024 and I found some great things! Thank you so much for spending a little bit of your time with me today. Thank you so much for watching!❤️
For my sizing: I am 5’9”
I normally prefer size large in tops and sweaters
For pants, I normally take a size 10 and I need a inseam length of 30”-32” for skinny jean styles and for bootcut or straight leg, I prefer a 34” inseam.
For dresses I normally wear a size 12

I really thought that floral blue dress was cute but unfortunately an inch or two too short. I absolutely loved the navy eyelet dress. From the front it was adorable, I can see what you mean that it puffed out a little bit from the side and if the sleeves were too tight I would agree to sadly send it back. 😢 the shorts are perfect and I really liked all the tops but my favorite had to be the sleeveless crochet white tank, it was simply adorable. What a great haul at such good value! Thanks for sharing friend. ❤😊

Good morning Tina! I think this was a great haul (and from Walmart, even better 😊). The blue floral dress , I feel, was too short on you. Super cute, but yeah, I think you'd feel uncomfortable in it. I have those same utility shorts from last year in 3 colors and wore them over and over...I'm happy to see them for this year as I'll get some more. I am a sucker for striped shirts and the boat neck one you showed reminds me so much of the French Breton style which I love. All the other tops were winners too. Definitely gonna have to check out your Walmart link! I'm on the hunt for a midi/maxi floral dress for my nephew's wedding in Austin, TX over Labor Day weekend (can you say hot???). The bride has a very specific dress code for guests and yowza...it's not been easy! I won't wear sleeveless (yes I share your upper arm pain!) so it's been a struggle. Any ideas? I think a summer wedding guest video might be fun (hint, hint!)

Hi Sallie! Yes, sadly the dress was too short for my comfort level. But I can't complain with all the other cute things I found. I know this sounds crazy because I complain about my arms ALL THE TIME! Lol! But for some reason I am ok wearing them completely bare as compared to an ill fitting cap sleeve. Not sure I can really explain that 😁 But I think a video like that might be fun! Thanks for the idea. Hope your week is going well sweet friend. Have a great one!❤️

Hi Tina! Love walmart clothes these days! I don't think the first dress is too short (unless it makes you uncomfortable). I think the problem is the volume of material on top. With short sleeves or sleeveless it would be perfect. The navy dress has that baby doll cut....looks awful on me. I bought the chambray top...love it. Thanks for some great ideas.

Thanks Melissa. I did feel like that blue floral was just a bit too short for my comfort level, so I will be returning it. And that baby doll style... I love it on other women and I keep trying, but sadly, never looks good on me. But that doesn't mean you won't see me trying it again, because I always keep trying! Lol! Hi sweet Tina. Funny, I just came from Walmart. I had a return, but decided to look at the clothes. There was barely anything worth looking at. I'll stick with online shopping. The floral dress is so pretty, but just in my opinion, a bit short, but with your legs, you could certainly get away with it! The navy blue eyelet dress is a bit too big on you. I'm with you on the larger chest issue. It can get frustrating. I have 2 pairs of the utility shorts. They're really nice. The sleeveless crochet white top is so cute on you! I love it. The Pioneer Woman top is cute as well. The last top in turquoise looks so soft and comfy. I love that it's 100% cotton. Very cute items. Have a wonderful day. Hugs to you you and Louie!❤❤🫂

Thank you so much. I was up at 4. I decided that I needed to see Henry this morning. He was up by 6, I was there by 7. He saw me from the window, and was screaming, "Hi Mom-Mom " at the top of his lungs. Nothing better! They left in 2 hrs, and went to an outdoor kids' concert. I then went to Walmart. I don't understand why so many other people have such fabulously stocked Walmart, while mine only carries Time and True and No Boundaries. Oh, and Joyspun pjs and loungewear. Frustrating. You lucked out. I've only been able to find a few cute sandals and shorts so far. Hoping they get more items in stock. The sun is out, and it's finally a beautiful day! Hi Tina. Enjoyed your haul. I thought all the items you tried were nice on you apart from the first blue dress, I think it was a bit too short. I’m the opposite of you as I’m 5’3” and everything is usually too long on me but, at least I can have it shortened! Thanks for your video 🙂 x

Hi Betty! I agree that first dress was just too short for my comfort level. I know with you being 5'3" and me being 5'9", we have similar problems at opposite ends! Thank goodness you can shorten things you really love. Wish I had that option sometimes. Oh well, I can't really complain, because I found so many really cute things from this haul.
