Raisin Nut Sticks
(Ingredients) For 6 sticks
200 g bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar (10g)
2/3 teaspoon salt (4g)
2/3 tsp (3g) instant dry yeast
150 g lukewarm water
60 g raisins
60 g almonds
60 g walnuts
Bake at 210°C (410°F) for 15 minutes
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 5 minutes
