Scottish Football lost an iconic figure this week with the sad passing of former Rangers and Scotland Manager, Walter Smith. Derek Ferguson and Frank McAvennie pay tribute to a man they both worked under at Ibrox and the National Team as they share their favourite memories of him.
We also look back on the previous night's events as Aberdeen were unlucky not to take away 3 points from their game against Rangers at Ibrox, Ross County shocked the league with a surprise 5-0 win away at Dundee and Celtic run riot in the 1st half against Hibs at Easter Road.

Could see how hurt Derek was, I feel for him and I sure Barry even more will be hurting. I’m a die hard Celtic fan but some people do cross the divide and Walter was definitely one of them, a true legend and will be sadly missed #RipWalter

One word that springs to mind when thinking of Walter for me is integrity. The man held himself well and was a exemplary role modal through the years. RIP

What a blow it is to lose Sir Walter, he sounds like he understood people down to a T and had boatloads of emotional intelligence which made him relate to his players better than any other gaffer and by the sounds of it, didn’t have an ego at all. ✊

There won't be a title race. Remember a few weeks ago people were talking about Hibs and Hearts finishing 2nd. It changes very quickly. Celtic have great individuals and are more entertaining to watch as always but when it gets serious Rangers will do it. I'd be surprised if Celtic beat Rangers once this season. Ange should be given another year anyway because he needs players in to fit his style

Slaney bang on the money with the sky situation an absolute shambles Liverpool fucking Preston when rangers v Aberdeen Celtic v hibs even st Johnstone v hearts. Joke.
