I'm being a bit slow. I really didn't realis that Puffin was a bilge keeler - I do sometimes wonder if I should have gone for a boat that would dry out. Good to see your progress. Cheers.

I have always worried about being alone and having sleep deprivation. having watched your blogs and those of Patrick L I have now got the confidence and decided to go and do it. I am currently in Dubrovnik. I will sail alone along the coast for a bit and give my wife some summer holidays then I shall set off through the med and eventually the Atlantic. How to tell the wife??
