I am karate black belt . This is how i got my high kick . First is stretching, do frog strech for a couple of minutes , MIDDLE SPLIT (not side spit) . Side press ( position - one leg on front and back like the forward stance on karate . If you dont do karate then just type forward stance on google and you will get that stance , Maximum push down .) Then the last step mark a target and try reaching that high with ur leg and slowly increase the height of the target . And remember, do not rush , this might would take a couple of weeks to work .
