‏Dear recipient, ‏I invite you to read this message because it is very, very important. ‏We kindly request that you take a few moments of your time to read this letter because it is possible that this letter will open up a new dimension of your role a human being in this universe. We hope that you are a free, broad-minded person free from prejudice whose goal is to find the truth. Before we continue, let us declare to you the purpose of this letter - that it is an introduction and invitation to the lifestyle known as Islam. ‏SOME FACTS ‏Islam has approximately 1 billion followers known as Muslims who follow the final revelation to mankind, known as the "Qur'an", revealed to Prophet Muhammad about 1400 years ago. Contrary to the common misconception, only about 20% of all Muslims are Arabs, the rest are Indians, Indonesians, Bosnians,Africans,Chinese,turkish and so on . ‏WHAT IS ISLAM ‏Islam, unlike most other religions, is not named after any man. Instead Islam means the submission of one's will to the only true god worthy of worship "Allah" and anyone who does so is termed a "Muslim". The word also implies "peace" which is the natural consequence of total submission to the will of Allah. Islam is the religion that was given to Adam, the first man and the first prophet of Allah, and it was the religion of all the prophets sent by Allah to mankind like Jesus and Moses . ‏THE MESSAGE OF ISLAM ‏The most important message of Islam is the absolute Unity of God-that there is only One Supreme Being who has no partners and is not dependent on anyone or anything. He is the creator of everything and the whole universe is under His control. Since the total submission of one's will to Allah represents the essence of worship, Islam is the worship of Allah alone and the avoidance of worship directed to any person, place or thing other than Allah. In essence, Islam calls man away from the worship of creation and invites him to worship only its Creator. Allah is the only one deserving man's worship as it is only by His will that prayers are answered. Hence prayers to the non-living such as the sun, fire, and to humans whether they be Jesus, Moses or even Muhammad are rejected, as Allah informs us in the opening chapter of the Qur'an, known as Soorah Al-Faatihah, verse 4: ‏"You alone do we worship and from you alone do we seek help." ‏A Muslim believes that Allah and His creation are distinctly different ‏entities. Neither is Allah His creation or a part of it, nor is His creation Him or a part of Him. Ultimately, it is the belief that the essence of Allah is everywhere in His creation or that His divine being is or was present in some aspects of His creation, which has provided justification for the worship of creation. Islam, hence, is a clear call to the worship of the Creator and the rejection of creation-worship in any form. ‏THE MIRACLE OF QUR'AN ‏"And if you are in doubt as to what We [Allah] have revealed…then produce a Soorah (chapter) like thereunto"(Soorah Baqarah 2:23) ‏This was the challenge put forth by Allah in the Qur'an 1400 years ago. As of yet, none has or will ever come close to meeting this challenge. Hence, as a result, multitudes throughout the centuries have believed and continue to believe in the Qur'an as a revelation beyond any human capacity. Modern scientists, for instance, have been amazed by the accuracy of scientific information presented in the Qur'an. Here are just a few examples: ‏In his book of embryology-'The Developing Human' [W.B. Saunders Publishing, 1982], Dr. Keith Moore added a whole chapter to discuss the scientific accuracy of the Quranic discussion of this science. Another eminent scientist, Dr. Maurice Bucaille wrote in his book-'The Bible, the Qur'an and Science': ‏"I could not find a single error in the Qur'an…if a man was the author of the Qur'an how could he have written facts in the 7th century A.D. that today are shown to be in keeping with modern scientific knowledge" ‏Facts about astronomy, the animal world and other natural phenomenon, that were alien to modern science not long ago, are scattered among the messages of Allah's Unity and His Attributes throughout the miracle that is known as al-Qur'an . ‏WHAT ABOUT ALL THE OTHER RELIGIONS ‏There are so many sects, cults, religions, philosophies, and movements in the world, all of which claim to be the right way or the only true path to Allah. How can one determine which one is correct or if, in fact, all are correct? The method by which the answer can be found is to clear away the superficial differences in the teachings of the various religions, and identify the central object of worship to which they call, directly or indirectly. False religions all have in common one basic concept concerning Allah: they either claim that all human beings are gods or that specific individuals were Allah or that nature is Allah or that Allah is a figment of man's imagination. For example, Prophet Jesus invited his followers to worship Allah but those who claim to be his followers today call people to worship Jesus, claiming that he was Allah while Jesus himself would deny this as Allah says in the Qur'an: ‏"And behold Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary Did you say to men, Worship me and my mother as gods besides Allah; He [Jesus] will say-"Glory to You I could never say what I had no right (to say')" (Soorah Al-Maa'idah- 5:116) ‏Even though false religions might teach some good things, they all, however, teach the greatest evil- the worship of creation. Creation-worship is the greatest sin that man can commit because it contradicts the very purpose of his creation, which is the worship of Allah as explained in the following verses: ‏"Verily Allah will not forgive the joining of partners with Him, but He may forgive (sins) less than that for whom so ever He wishes" (Soorah An- Nisaa 4:48 and 116) ‏"I have only created Jinns and men, that they may worship me" (Soorah Zaareeyaat 51:56) Why do I have to be muslim ? ‏Since the consequences of false religion are so grave, the true religion of Allah must be universally understandable and attainable, not confined to any people, place or time. Within the central principle of Islam and in its definition, lies the roots of lslam's universality. Whenever man comes to the realization that Allah is one and distinct from His creation, and submits himself to Allah, he becomes a Muslim and is eligible for paradise. This is the essence and the corner-stone of Islam: ‏"Laa Elaaha lllallaah" (There is no god worthy of worship except Allah) ‏Its repetition and the sincere belief in it automatically brings one within the fold of Islam and guarantees one Paradise. Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." (Reported by Abu Dharr and collected by Al-Bukhaaree and Muslim _________________ I hope to contribute to the publication to guide others on the path of truth. In him is the payment of all sins.. so you simply believe(trust) on him and you are saved, and have everlasting life Say this prayer of salvation: “Lord Jesus Christ, I believe I am sinner. And I believe and trust on you alone for my salvation. You died for all my sins, past, present, and future, and rose again on the 3rd day. Amen”

We are called to be perfect as Christ is perfect-talk about an unattainable standard! The proverbs 31 woman and all passages about virtue and the law are there to give us concrete examples, and we can grow in those one at a time. It makes perfection more attainable.

It's a necessity for us to work out. I hate being the one who has to keep track of the bills and shit. This was a strange way to look at it and I definitely think it's false. Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." I wrote a list of all the qualities and characteristics I wanted in a husband. "Must believe in God" was #1. (I did have all the qualities I listed, now that I think about it). I met my husband within 30 days of writing my list. I addressed the list to God, as a request to send me this man. I had 100% confidence in God. And it worked. That was 2002.

@Diyu777 No. I wrote it down, put it away, and had 100% faith that God would someday send me this man. Prior to this, for 2 or 3 years, I spent every morning in prayer and Journaling, talking to God and listening for His guidance. It's like developing muscles with daily practice, only its spending 10-20 minutes each day talking to God. A strong connection will form if you do this.

Mark 9:24 has a prayer that I often pray, as an Orthodox believer. "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief." You may identify as an atheist, but I suspect your heart does call out for belief. If I may offer a guidance, unworthy as it may be.. Ponder on that, keep it in your mind, and just be open. I believe because I've been shown and experienced God. The reality, though, is that my actions would indicate that I have no belief, or I would be much farther along in my journey. If you are open to the possibility, perhaps pray that it think about it each morning, even if you start with "Lord, help my unbelief." If he is there, he will hear you. If not, than you will have spent very little energy and can know that you at least gave the possibility a chance. I suspect that you will be comfortable praying the whole prayer before long. I hope you are continually finding what is true.

Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." Wow how very accurate. I personally struggle to find women who I can talk too let alone MARRY and I get these very lonely and depressed episodes seeing my friends with constant girlfriends and some wives. But I do have a medical issue that I need to get fixed that if not fixed would not allow me to maintain a normal relationship with women. Until I am able to get that fixed I believe God will continue to keep women out of my path because he knows anyone that comes into my life would not want to stay with me. Even though it hurts me as a man to not have relationships with women I do understand God’s will and plan.

You know what? I've always said people go into relationships wanting their perfect partner to fit their checklist, instead of asking, how will my partner benefit from having a life with me? This confirms it in a much more eloquent and simplistic way.

@102938475646665 Yet Catholics are dead set on division. I will never join the church of modern day pharisees, corrupt popes, pedos, drunks, idol worshipers, forbidden archives, and man-made tradition over the actual word of God. The arrogance of you people never ceases to amaze me. All of the most faithful Christians I've met have been some version of protestant. Protestants that have delivered the gospel here and have risked their lives delivering it overseas. My uncle who gave up a high paying career to start a church and created a drug rehabilitation program in that church. But I'm sure the catholic church would be more than happy to deny him "sainthood" unless he went through the Catholics 12 step program of membership where I guess they teach you to be a self righteous hoosier. The church is divided because many people started following men instead of God. The Catholic church used to discourage people from reading the Bible for themselves. But the protestants are the ones that are lost? Yea. Sure buddy.

If anyone feels discouraged that you feel far from the ideal mate you want to be, it’s okay. Rest in God! Everyone’s love story with meeting their spouse and spending their life together is different. I’ve seen people who are, quite frankly, much less mature in the faith than I am, get married way before I did. And I’ve seen some who are my age, much more mature than me in the faith, also get married before me. God knows what he’s doing, and he’ll match you into a marriage that’ll be so godly, it’ll fit like a puzzle piece. If you’re single now, he’ll lavish you with his goodness in other ways in the meantime. Sometimes it just takes a bit of searching to find what it is!

I needed this. I feel invisible to men even though I've put in so much work spiritually, mentally, and emotionally to be the best partner to someone. Then I look around and see so many people who haven't done the work yet they're married. I may not be the life of the party but I'm stable. I think that can sometimes translate into boring but I'm happy with who I am. It can feel hopeless that I won't ever meet the person who will love and appreciate me.

I'm Protestant, but I have to say, whoever said that to him gave him great wisdom in this matter. Put God first in your life, walking in His ways and commandments (by praying, reading the scriptures, abstaining from evil, doing good deeds, sharing the gospel, etc.) and then, everything will fall into place. Remember what Proverbs 3:6 states: "In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths."

@@cuongnguyenviet3417 I have a daily devotional & mediation every morning. It is also written, "God will give us our hearts desire IF we delight ourselves in Him. PSALM 37:4. While this isn't a blank check to get whatever we want, it does serve His command to" Be fruitful and multiply." A Believer who desires to do so cannot without a godly spouse.

@kattmilk I've been non-denominational at some point in my Christian journey. I always thought romance was the greatest thing and dreamed about meeting that perfect Prince Charming that would sweep me off my feet and we could live the perfect Christian(after I had become born-again) Romance for the rest of our lives. 3 years ago I adopted Rosary Prayer after becoming Catholic and something I wouldn't have believed happened; I've become so content with my life and so jealous of my relationship with JESUS that the thought of having a spouse now is something that actually feels like it would fill me with resentment because it seems like JESUS fills me with life and all I feel from relationships especially romantic ones us that they drain the life out of me, rather than filling me up - sort of like that poor Samaritan woman at the well. For the first time in my life I genuinely *don't* want a husband and it feels like having one would be a "chore" to dread rather than a dream fulfilled. I'm 57 BTW. The only thing I'm concerned about is good nutrition, great health and a chance to inspire other people, especially depressed, hopeless ones like I used to be. Rosary Prayer has proved to be the best remedy for my daily mental health, helping me finally get on top of life-ling anxiety and depression that almost devoured me before, as well as insomnia, rejection, so much that made life miserable and unbearable! My only regret about it is that I didn't take up this devotion sooner! Meditating *daily* on the key events of The Life of Our LORD JESUS CHRIST in this Prayer has proved to be the missing key that I sought all my life but never knew was so readily within reach. So glad I don't have a husband around to resent now that I realize I really don't want one. It would be so unfair to the poor guy! I pray GOD leads you to the right path for you and that if it's truly marriage that you meet a wonderful, Christian gentleman soonest and share a beautiful life as kingdom spouses for your joy and the Glory of GOD 🙏🙏🙏✝️✝️✝️💖💖💖

I’ll pray that God blesses you with an amazing, romantic, fulfilling relationship brother. I understand the disappointment that can come from waiting for so long. Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." ‏Dear recipient, ‏I invite you to read this message because it is very, very important. Much harder when you’re 35. I’ve done so much of what people have said to do in terms of finding someone. I have records for serving in ministries and mission trips etc. yet still, I’m single with no prospects.

Thus, the final prophet of Islam is reported to have said, "Any one who says: there is no god but Allah and dies holding that (belief) will enter paradise." ‏Dear recipient, ‏I invite you to read this message because it is very, very important. If you become a monk, you are not fulfilling GOD'S Word. Get married, be fruitful, and multiply! 🙏🏻 Adam was not a monk, nor were any of the prophets. Jesus, aka Yeshua, may have been married and possibly had a child, aka The Holy Grail. King David's family/bloodline still exists today. They live in Israel. Where and who are the descendants of Jesus/Yeshua?

@OrthodoxAlexis I used to be completely besotted with these stories of the "holy grail" as supposedly the offspring of a physical relationship between Jesus and Mary Magdalene before I was a Christian and physical Romance seemed like the be-it-all end-all of everything🙄 The stories claim the bloodline of Jesus and descendency of David is in various places from the Merovingian kings of France to the Royal family of England etc! Then I had an encounter with the real JESUS, became Christian and found the *real* *Romance* which is the soul's union with GOD Himself, the *True* and ultimate source of LOVE, with a capital L!🎯💙 I understand now why JESUS told the Sadducees that in Heaven they neither marry not are given in marriage but are like the Angels! Once the soul feels that ecstasy of being joined to GOD romance in a physical sense seems like a bad joke and a chore rather than a gift! The Apostle Paul even said it was better to remain single and serve GOD because being married meant you would have to focus on serving your spouse rather than GOD and the opposite was preferable. He had been to the 3rd Heaven so he probably understood where true fulfillment was hidden better than most! Please become a Monk! GOD knows we need more dedicated men and women of prayer to intercede for this demon deceived world that The Kingdom of GOD may come soon so we humans can be as happy as the Angels in Heaven when we learn to do His Will the way the beautiful, holy Angels do in Heaven 💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏✝️✝️✝️

This is true but let's not forget that the man and the women offer different qualities. For example, as a woman I need to feel that my husband will protect me, I need him to be a little more brave than me because sometimes I am too scared to face people and responsibilities and I wouldn't blame anyone; man or woman who has the same fears as me but it would be super hard to have the upper hand, the responsibility, in the relationship.Also it is expected from a woman to be more patient, caring, comforting, warm( in her behaviour) humble( even though that's expected from all of us) so I should definitely work on these qualities aside all the other things I should work on. Not that I have all these qualities so how could I expect my husband to have the equivalent qualities? That's why God knows who's the best, we should work on ourselves and hopefully God will find us someone to walk side by side throughout life

I preach this as well, express your true authentic self to resonate with those who love you for who you are. Some people think expressing your true authentic self means it’s okay to live in sin, and sure, resonate with sin and you’ll get sinful folk in your life. But as the construct of soul our true authentic selves are not these physical bodies nor the fears or desires we experience. We are that which dictates which thoughts become a reality, and based on the thoughts you align with and the actions you take you’ll find yourself in new moments. Take what you will from this, or not, it’s your existence as the construct of soul here and the purpose of this existence is to choose your experiences.

That means, willingness to compromise and to make sacrifices to make your marriage work. This is essential once you have children. They are your blessing and shared responsibility. Everything you will do is for their welfare and future, learning values from you! To have God front and center is the best way to raise a family and stay together.

I have found that the thing with marriage is that it is 24/7 with one person, it is love in particular, and demands a grace from both partners that breaks through the limitations of the most honest introspection. God help us all. Also, you can wear a more colourful variety of clothing and not have to wear a silly hat.

@@TheBanjoShowOfficial I respect and worship God, our Father, and not religious showmanship, aka, “a form of Godliness that denies the power thereof.” Although I respect and thank you for your opinion it means very little to me. I would suggest that you respect God and pray, “Show me where I have strained at gnats and swallowed camels”, advice given by Jesus, the Christ, to the Pharisees and Sadducees - the religious elite of His day. Peace.

you were lucky... at that age I did want to marry, but I let lust get the best of me and ruined too many relationships. I didn't meet my wife until I was 35, we got married at 38. Better late than never I suppose.

This is why some of us who have never been married feel like outcasts. I too wanted that but God did not “send” me anyone. Because of that, I was able to care for my mother who was a Saint herself for raising 6 children after her husband, my father, died at 40. In church, I see that young families and marriages are honored in high regard. Good for you, you married and have many children together in Christ but maybe the Orthodox faith can praise those of us like me who gave my heart to care for my aging mother….. how bout it? I was and still am selfless. I am a nurse and I faithfully go to church despite all the judgment and gossip that goes on there. Christ is my Bridegroom, yet people like me are looked down upon in many ways. Don’t you see that?
@chadpilled7913
@chadpilled7913 Год назад
My dear, dear sister I see your heart is hurting from these challenges and the loneliness. God certainly gave you a cross here and caring for widows, as scripture says, is pure and undefiled religion. Also scripture says blessed are those who persecute you for righteousness sake. Many saints endured denials and slanders. St. Nektarios comes to mind immediately. It is easy to say, but being slandered is a blessing. The bitterness of being mistreated can teach us many great qualities. When someone speaks harshly to me anger rises up in my soul very quickly. But slowly, slowly, God is teaching me to let go of resentment and pray for those people and of course myself for the sinful anger I feel.
@elenig2034
@elenig2034 Год назад
@chadpilled7913 My heart is not hurting. I am not upset at all with My Lord, My God. I am aware of all that you said. I am merely stating that the Orthodox faith needs to say all that you’ve said and more. People like me ARE the fruit of the vine too just as much. I pray for all the people, good and evil and yes, the Saints endured so much, but we have much more of a voice now so let’s see some videos about that.

Agreed, this clip from Fr. Josiah is just self-congratulatory claptrap. It's very clear that he's never known the pain of desiring a spouse and not finding one. He got married in his early 20s, if I remember correctly. And he apparently attributes this to the fact that he was just such a good person (yeah right).

@@chadpilled7913 If a spouse is a gift from God, which is bestowed on those who are worthy (that's effectively what Father says in this clip), then why does God refuse this gift to some of the best people? I'm no saint, but I'm certainly more than marriageable, and my lack of a spouse hasn't made me a better person, it's just made me bitter and angry at God.

Everyone is to young in America to get married apparently. Anyhow, I’m surprised he had 33 qualities he wanted. I couldn’t even think of that many if I tried. My list has always been simple. She has to be faithful, loyal, honorable, and committed to applying herself into whatever she pursues with utter conviction. I think it’s a great luxury to expect much else. Majority of people in Mexico are illiterate for example. Just my opinion, but I’m always troubled by Americans expectations of women. It’s like many want a man in a woman’s body. And honestly, it shows since many women now think they need to act like men to the point of androgyny, and even going so far as trying to physically become men. In this I do agree, those extensive lists of qualities are predominantly what men should embody. Again, just my opinion.

When you are 15 it is easy to be creative and daydream. Also i don't think men want a man in a woman's body, or people would be lining up to date assertive feminists. Most men just accept these women because they feel like they have no other option

15 is a little young for men to marry, maybe ok for women. 100+ years ago marrying in your late teens-early 20s was pretty normal. These days people act like childhood should be extended to the age of 30
@ArizonaTengu
@ArizonaTengu 10 месяцев назад
In traditional Mexican culture people get married all the time in their early to late teens. It’s not a historical bygone era for me. I think marriage should be determined by the level of temptation the people in question have. A young beautiful woman is going to have more temptation that somebody who isn’t beautiful. A stud of a young man will also have strong temptations by unmarried women…think of the sports jockey types in high schools. We also must look at the strength of sexual desire. Those burning with passion NEED to get married ASAP if they can’t handle it. Instead, we have people thinking ALL people at ALL times are capable of ALWAYS conquering the sexual passions outside of marriage. Which is contrary to the scriptures and holy tradition. But this…apostasy in how we administer the sacrament of marriage has dire consequences. Look at the rampant sexual immorality of society. Also, it has come to my attention that statically almost half of children born in the Church are leaving. Probably because we don’t take the administration of the holy sacraments seriously enough to stake our lives on it.

Remember that Paul said Marriage will bring you a lot of suffering so is better to not do it 😂 1 Corinthinians 7:27 26 Because of the present crisis, I think that it is good for a man to remain as he is. 27 Are you pledged to a woman? Do not seek to be released. Are you free from such a commitment? Do not look for a wife. 28 But if you do marry, you have not sinned; and if a virgin marries, she has not sinned. But those who marry will face many troubles in this life, and I want to spare you this.

Now i just cannot keep living i still like young girls but i cannot marry anyone anymore since i am too old.
