David Hernandez that doesnt make the mcu a trilogy. If you go in and look at each individual series you'll see that said trilogies vary in quality. Maybe Captain America is solid but its first film is... okay. Maybe Avengers and Guardians can reach good trilogy heights but youre smoking shrooms to think of the entirety of it as a "trilogy"

Daenerys Targaryen -- -- Lord of the Rings was a story created by a man some time ago. The movie is basically an edited telling of the LotR books. These apes movies while based on an older story is not a direct adaptation. A number of details were changed and thought up by currently living people.

Twelve K iirc they were planning up to 5 or 6 films, but it all depends if the story arc is appropriate. I'm not sure whether Caesar's gonna return or not, but Andy Serkis has said that he's up for the next films. If he's in it, I know it's gonna be great

What can I say about this movie that hasn't been said by someone? There's not a word to describe how great or amazing this movie was/is.I really think that War for the Planet of Apes should get an Oscar for Best Picture and for Best Actor because the movie was more than a ordinary SF movie with awesome CGI effects.The movie really has an extraordinary story,full with extraordinary cast and it kinda makes you ask:Which side should I choose? The humans?Or the apes? So,if you ask whether or not to see the movie than I will just tell you this:If you'll choose not to see the movie than you don't know what you're missing.

I've been searching for words as well. This film deserves epic status for its power to grab you and hold onto you--it succeeds in creating a world you allow to immerse you. You don't spend all your time predicting gun battles or picking apart unrealistic CGI effects until the last-minute twist provides the deus-ex-machina resolution modern movies have taught us to expect from the beginning. To the contrary, this movie elevates itself above the standard "pew pew pew/bang bang bang" shoot-em-up and succeeds in blurring the lines without adopting a preachy tone. It achieves the fog of war. It's nice to see Woody Harrelson in another role that lets him show off the intelligence and depth he's capable of playing (if you haven't seen him in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, or in Wag The Dog, I highly recommend them ASAP!)... in another thought-provoking movie...which has an equally epic and impressive score.

The trailers were all very misleading, but for once, that was not a bad thing. The story brought me to tears multiple times in it's desire to communicate the struggle to be "human" in a world where so much hardship can easily turn us away from compassion and understanding. 9/10 for me. I loved it.

I just watched it for 5 bucks on Demand, finally broke down, What a film! But at the end of the day, this film shows really shows us how we will destroy ourselves! Perhaps our fate is directly tied to how we as "Humans" have treated animals as a whole in our brief History as a Civilized Society. We have taken away their habitat- their natural roads of migration, food sources, etc etc.. Makes me sick to my stomach frankly. To me all animals & elements of nature are sacred. The critical thinking question I will ask you all tonight is: what will our descendants, our kinfolk have left?

are you serious? It was amazing! It was a beautiful looking emotional character study not an action movie; saving private ryan or some Fast and Furious movies are great action movies, this was a film with action in it but not an action film

It is not their fault people misunderstood. I believe this is better than having a trailer spoil all the plot. I guess it is just bad luck for some minorities that they misunderstood the trailer and also drama to not be their cup of tea.

It came out during a very crowded summer movie season. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, Wonder Woman, Spider-Man: Homecoming and Dunkirk all came out that same summer. This is well worth seeing though. My personal favorite of the trilogy.
