One of the WW1 era Baldwin built consolidatons also saw use in the Korean War and this locomotive was sent back to the US in the late 50s as a gift from the South Korean president

1942 was the third year of WW2. It started in 1939.

I find it very disconcerting when an American documentary presented by an American gets their own history so negligently wrong. Firstly, the sinking of the RMS Lusitania did not bring America into the first world war, the Lusitania was sunk 05/07/1915. The cause of America entering into WW1 was the infamous Zimmerman Telegram, sent in January 1917 which resulted in Woodrow Wilson declaring war on Germany on 04/02/1917. (These historical facts & corrections presented by an Aussie)
