I really liked War Cross!!! It was so fast and exciting! I got to met her and get my copy signed and that was so cool!! It was also really fun hearing her talk about her time in the gaming industry!

You have sold me on this book! I've been staying away because of the hype, but now I've added it on Goodreads. Also, when you said it takes place in Tokyo, I was curious to see where Marie Lu is from so I looked her up, and apparently she was an art director at a video game company before writing full time. So I expect her research was on point for this book! Looking forward to reading it!

I read this in 2 days. I could not put it down. I saw that ending coming, but that plot twist definitely caught me off guard.

Oh cool, the first book review I read of yours is a sci-fi book. While capture the flag doesn't sound up my alley, it's was fun to hear about something with the 2 genres that I read(sci-fi and fantasy) Can you recommend another sci-fi or fantasy series set in a virtual world? Bonus points if you have a video review for it.

Read it and I really enjoyed it. Just like you, I think if this will be adapted to movie (if done right), it will be a really cool. Can't wait for the next book.

All the sources I’ve checked about this book everyone highly liked it and really recommend people to read this and so I did, I’m on chapter 12 and so far I’m understanding what’s happening but can’t really picture the crazy futuristics in my mind and it’s making me sad because I’m thinking I’m not a good reader. Do you suggest I should just keep reading on? Since I’m sorta still at the beginning?

A poor mix of ready Player One and your typical YA instalove, poor girl meets billionaire. You can tell that the author has zero clue about gaming, but I appreciate the use of esport t6eams. The reveal was so abvious, you knew the first time Hideo talked about a "lost" brother.
