It was removed from game clients since Blackout update.

As I said just above, it was in game clients since the beginning - it is now removed from new releases. There is nothing to "sell", nor "buy"

It's a proof-of-concept video. It's not actually in the official game. It's technically possible to have it but the design of the game client and network infrastructure doesn't allow it at the moment.

This video uses a magic trick. It is technically not possible to make the current "safe house" accept more than 1 player since in this case the "server" is the local client at the same time and doesn't accept for any external UDP stream. Won't detail more than that for the sake of fantasy ))
