'To keep the hek in check.' -what the heck? Wasn't Khek intended to be the archon onetapper? ... I got a conspiracy theory for you: 'It's a DE tradition to gaslight their players indirectly via changing things.' That is how they keep people paying.
Damn And I thought mine was high, with 37... Maybe if I used Vigilante Armaments as well, though that would probably lower my damage, lol I am going to test using Shotgun Vendetta instead of an SP Arcane and putting Primed Point Blank and an Arcane Rise (I think that's the one with damage on reload) on my Warframe, to outsource flat damage.
I hope that DE will give the Marelok some love. I can remember a time where the Vaykor Marelok was a top tier secondary. Now it barely holds up in Steel Path.
Something I now realize is the first video I ever watched on this channel and subscribed after was your first one on whether or not scattering justice was worth it. God I’m getting old.
I have a build that's built for radiation that uses Atomic Fallout and Lock and Load. AF let's let's me keep two shots ready after dumping the usual four at once. With LNL I just switch back to my secondary to clear mobs or build up damage on a big guy for a few seconds and by then the Hek is either at full or full enough for a big shot.
I got a a 131% ms 101% sc -21 reload speed riven on my kuva hek riven along with vigilante munitions and galvanized hell for the most amount of multishot. With the 4 barrel shot i am firing more then 200 pellets with a single press of a button.
I will never understand the number system where they use periods instead of commas, and then use a comma for the decimal point. It's like if I said "Me. Bob. And Amy are going to the store, The store closes at 8, I want to buy toilet paper. Milk. and a snack,"
honestly them not allowing the Kuva Hek to have Scattered Justice and halving the magazine size from the Vaykor variant was a massive deal breaker for me so I abandoned the gun altogether but now I 100% will be giving it a revisit
Brother I appreciate you. You're pronunciation is perfect for the first half of the word, perhaps I misguided by using generator as the full word . So pro-gen, you got that part perfect, the rest of the word sounds like nuh ter. So pro-gen-nuh-ter Progenitor. Nit or nuh both work. Sounding like tor or ter at the end is totally cool. You are my hero. Our pronunciations are changing over time that's why when you hear Americans saying this word it will often be with the nuh sound
@@TacticalPotato you can just roast me for it bro in the video. Just tell him that some viewer was steering you wrong LOL cuz that's what happened. I will do my utmost best to make sure my proceeding comments will be clear
At first, we had "PROD-jen-AY-tor" and it was like a Vine Boom sound effect every time TP said it. Not 'infuriating' as such, but felt more like a joke that'd run its course by the second time. Now we have "Pro-GENERATOR" and I wish we could go back to those simpler times... 😂 Jokes aside though TP, you were closer with the first way you said it, you just had the emphasis on the wrong part. You need to emphasise the "Jen" sound rather than the "Pro" and "Ay". "pro-JEN-ih-ter", like a shitty nickname someone might give a Janitor called Jenny who is good at video games.
04:20 : Yeah I was let down by the Kuva Sobek. My base Sobek w/Riven is more powerful than the version that was pried from the dead hands of a Kuva Lich because of how DE does Riven dispositions. Balls. After all was said and done just went back to using the Torid Incarnon and now I want to mod my Kuva Hek. You're absolutely spot on.
I've got Magnetic on mine. I use it with a corrosive setup with Primed Charged Shell and Chilling Reload (plus the Ripkas augment), as well as Primary Frostbite for even goddamn more multishot. The analogies are very apt.
May I ask you for the exact build pls? I'm a bit tired of always choosing toxin as progenitor and I really wanted to try magnetic but I have no idea how to mod it that way since toxin is used everywhere you look
@@apache6111 Magnetic progenitor (52% on mine), Primary Frostbite, Scattered Justice, Galvanized Hell, Primed Ravage, Critical Deceleration, Toxic Barrage, Primed Charged Shell, Chilling Reload (again, plus the Ripkas augment it cuts reload down to 1.2 seconds), Galvanized Savvy and Galvanized Acceleration. It's very Endo-heavy but absolutely shreds.
@@XzeihoranthThank you very much! I have all the necessary mods excepting the Ripkas and it's augment, since it buffs the reload speed I guess the build works great without it too? If not, I'll build it and get the augment. Thanks again!
@@apache6111 It's a 20% reload buff so it's not super mandatory, but it does help. I'm also running it on Grendel for free Viral procs, but you can use Helminth or a Panzer Vulphaphyla if you prefer. You're very welcome!
@@Xzeihoranth Awesome! I'll get to it once I connect to the game. I'm really excited to get mine and try this build, I'll get the Panzer too since I prefer a bit more of freedom when it comes to the warframe I use. Thank you for all your help :)
Once again, DE's emphasis behind buffs and nerfs is always *player usage*. It's weird how so many players don't get that when they all pile on one frame or weapon. Warframe is in a wonderful place right now of LOTS of viable gear to choose from, and I'm glad to see them do a quick buff to the Hek to keep even more choices available. I'm a little worried about how all this power creep will shake out in the long run. But for now, it's great!
DE: "We don't want the kuva Hek to be too powerful" Meanwhile the kuva nukor and kuva Zarr were both genociding entire factions of enemies lmao. DE is so dumb sometimes
@theunhingedgamer3762 You mean like Primed Point Blank? Which was in the build? And he even mentioned it specifically, as well. Lmao. It's like you didn't even watch it, just immediately went straight to the comment section.
You can always spot a mnk player in warframe, movement looks wooden, controller is so smooth, even my few twitch viewers say I have great movement and I have arthritis and Parkinson's. Great video man.
fun fact: with Jade Shadows and the Semi-Shotgun Cannonade mod being added to the game you can swap it with Point Blank to both counter the fire rate penalty from Crit Decel. and spike your base damage by about +75% compared to a maxed out Primed PB for less mod space
The day before the patch I was going through my Hek and Kuva hek wondering why the Kuva Hek had so little multishot compared to base hek.... that's when I finally noticed that Scattered Justice was not usable, and I ranted about it to my friends. So it was amazing, yet creepy, when the very next day my friend sent me a picture of the patch notes showing the change lol.
I wish it had more punchthrough, wasting a mod slot on it doesn't seem worth it, but without it it's use is pretty limited, why run the Hek instead of let's say Nataruk, deals with high priority targets just as well but also clears the hallway with it's soda can projectile. Maybe with a punchthrough riven
I was able to valence my radiation kuva hek to a full +60% and it is Nice for eidolon synovia. edit: i love it against the murmur as well, all need to do against the netracell mechs is tap each weak spot once :D
Considering all of the ways to just completely delete everything in sight from the map, it's about time they buffed this weapon that shoots one enemy at a time.
Xd, 75% of well moded weapons can one shot level 150 break def grineer demolists... And the fact u're spamming primer before is even weird... Would be interesting a one shot 9999 weapon.
about sobek is funny that is basically downgrade to normal version IF you have a riven just bc crit dosnt matter for acid shells but at the same time the new NW mod for sobek is more hyped then kuva version for me
