Short of the highest Star Wars deities 40k wins a majority of the time. (average cannon/legends) The Bendu, Abaloth (non SE) and other (Minor) force gods are in a weird place but I would say on average (excluding Abeloth) they are equal to minor warp gods. -minor/mid warp god level The force priestesses should be greater than or equal to the chaos gods as it is theorized that they also embody emotion but are far more cohesive and work together. Old ones (SW): yphojem the Left-Handed God, Tharagorrogaraht (or simply Gorog) the Night Spirit, Ooradryl , Mnggal-Mnggal. Other entities such as the Terror From Beyond, and the World Razer. (Abeloth is one of these creatures) -greater or equal to chaos gods on home turf The bedlam spirits, are Corrupted Celestials (SE) Celestials, (Supernatural Encounters) They would squash everything they are just Valar for Tolkien's works. (P.S. this would include Wutzek) Nakhash, He is essentially the devil of Star Wars his story is similar to Morgoth of Tolkien literature. (I mean like I D E N T I C A L its like they copy pasted and changed the names) while the face is sentient I wouldn't count it as a character - Using Supernatural Encounters, they are greater then the chaos gods The supreme maker is the generic omnipotent god and would beat anything in 40k neg diff.
