Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters - Duty Eternal - Angry Impressions! 

Reading up on some Warhammer 40k lore for the first time. Wow, what a massive universe!

Watching Warhammer 40K for the first time because of reasons and love for Henry Cavill and AJSA!

Alex and Joe having an absolute blast at this game! Gonna have to replay it now that Dreadnought and Tech-Marine are out.

Wow. How many 40K games are being made these days? It feels like i'm seeing a new one every 2 months. 😄👍

So, when is Joe going to realize that the Dreadnought's only available in specific missions instead of being able to use them whenever you would like?

I have this game since day one over 200 hours in it and I fucking love it. Its a game I always wanted XCOM style gameplay in the 40k universe. And yes I love XCOM hope to see a XCOM 3 in the Future

Tips to the AJS guys, USE MEDICAE SERVOSKULLS! They are incredibly useful, especially early on. You can outfit your Apothecary with gear and skills that gives extra charges to the servoskull's heal ability. I'm about midway through a Brutal difficulty playthrough, and my A-team's apothecary has like 6 or so charges on his servoskull. The base version is a 5 HP heal as well as a Cleanse that gets rid of any and all debuffs, it costs NO AP to use it, so you can send the servoskull to heal/cleanse a teammate and still have all of your AP for the turn. I generally just run servoskulls, except on my Purgator who has a helmet that buffs accuracy or range(can't recall atm), and I never lose a teammate, I just have too many ways to restore health.

This was definitely a game on my radar ever since it was first announced. Super happy another Warhammer game turned out to be a banger from the looks of it. Space Marine I think is gonna be great, but I also can’t wait to see more different types of W40k games in the future.

I totally don't have nearly 300 hours on Chaos Gate. When you delve deep into the mechanics, it's a brilliant game, dare I say, better than Xcom. I literally spent 5 hours doing one mission because I was determined to complete it with losing less than 20 hit points just to secure and extra couple of requisition points. 😂

Holding out hope this comes to console. Want to get into this series starting with this and Space Marine 2

This game came out 7 months ago. Right on time for this crew.

As soon as I finished this game, I started a Grey Knights Army

have 230 hours and counting on this game . And no - haven`t managed to finish this yet. I screwed up being so close to the end . Yes , that is a game that can take You soooo many hours - and yet one wrong decision made hours before will end Your gameplay in blink of an eye . FANTASTIC. For the Emperor!!!

Heard that the Dreadnought is only available for certain missions where it would call for it...but not for the Mobus-intensive ones that WOULD HAVE BEEN SUPER HELPFUL TO HAVE to begin with lol. I still love this game. I'll get the DLC when it goes into a Steam sale.

Holy crap, I didn't know there was an Xcom like 40k game.

I used to have a Chaos terminator space marine army, with Khan the Betrayer and Abandon the Despoiler... Basically too many points and got to fight a battle. Took a year to paint them as well lol

Didn't even know this existed. After finishing Hard West 2 this looks like a great new strategy game to get into. Thought I was gonna have to replay xcom again to get my strategy fix.

So for a 40k movie, we need the Hersey war flash backs, the emperor in a jar, all the greater demons, chaos terminator space marines, Abandon, the Blood Angels and an Eldar drop in...Maybe A few Titans. A lot to put in one frikin movie though

Recently got this game for 20-30% off and damn is it worth it. Not sure I like the Dreadnaught being as expensive of a DLC as it was but the base game is definitely worth it

Is there any kind of corruption mechanic? It'd be cool if at certain points during a mission, you had the choice to do something, or had an optional path that has lots of bonuses / loot avoids a boss fight or something, but starts to slowly turn one of your squad into a Chaos space marine

I normally like real-time strategy games, but this looks really good!

You never want to go in with the first wave. It's called the first wave for a reason. No call me when it's time for the last wave :P

This game was really good, but at a certain point after my first 20 hours it felt like the difficulty spiked hard to the point I was basically locked off from getting anything accomplished. One of these days I'll research some tips on how to do better and give it another try.

Anyone else worried that the new 40k series from amazon...that happens to have the writer from wheel of time...don't think they will be able to portray the grim dark in modern times.

Honestly I thought they had abandoned the game as it went like 6 months of zero updates... May have to get it now, loved nü-XCOM.

Its quite rare to see any kind of warhammer games that are good, because only 1 in every 5 warhammer games are good and Total war warhammer are the most played and profitable of them all

I would really like the moding community to develop for this game like it did for Xcom: WOTC. The mods kept me playing the game.

Oh look... Angry Joe is playing one of my favorite games released recently, for once. Wait....... Is this because Henry Cavill announced he starts production of a Warhammer 40k Series ? 😂 Im playing it on Legendary + Grandmaster and after this new DLC its a bit harder even... pretty close to impossible, enemy has grenades and in my opinion a bit too much bonus HP. But yea I love the game I hope they make more content for it... got some improvements to suggest to the Dev team too soon. - Alex mastermind troll...I was like, wait I played game so much and didnt even know you can throw explosive reservoir with the Dreadnaught?! What ? Walks over and it explodes in Joe's face.. ahahha nice one. - 9:12 Force Strike shows 0 damage there because you have no WP left to use it. I guess they could do some improvements for the UI and interface...specially on seeing information of main passive of a knight on his main ID representation, so I dont have to remember everybody's name.. that would help. (Alex` reply...mastermind troll at work again, what an enabler 😅) - Better stay out of the Demonic Plant things at the end, stay out of range until you finish off all enemies in your back/front, from range or retreat if you have to and come back when you clean things up. I guess nevermind you did skip the plants on the second try... sometimes its better to just go for the objective if you have the damage to do it fast and dont want to farm some more. Actually farming is usually now worth it on high difficulties.
