What I love here is Saltzpyre is showing he’s their friend now. When Bardin asks him if he’s ready, Saltzpyre doesn’t get mad, he instead offers if anything a jovial line that shows their friendship “have I ever let you down?” Is such an incredibly far change from his first game lines of “don’t fear the ratmen, fear me” Of course it’s still him inside instructing the dwarf to have patience

In a hopeless world, in a hopeless war, he still has hope.

"have I ever let you down?" actually got me a bit emotional, great job! Its nice seeing Saltz overcome his inner demons and finally become the leader he was meant to be. Also im really loving his new introductions to the missions instead of Lohners briefings :)

Saltzpyre was always good at heart talking about the innocent and punishing the guilty I'm glad sigmar finally gave him redemption

Saltzpyre truly is the ultimate sigmar male

Warhammer's trailers have this problem that the good guy always loses or gets corrupted, but seeing a warriorpriest standing his ground with german accent while prays for Sigmar is just refreshing and amazing.

The voice acting in this game is impressive as ever!

FOR SIGMAR THE HAMMER AND THE EMPIRE

This trailer gave me chills. I remember one time i played with a mate and two randoms on this particular map. We on the 2nd highest difficulty (the one below legend, forgot what its called) and we were getting our asses handed to us at the last stage. I was playing zealot, my mate was bardin and we had a sienna as well. The kerrillian left as soon as the last wave started, after she died once. For the first 1 minute, everything went well, until people started to fall. We still managed to revive each other, but the spawn rate started to overtake our kill rate. The last attempt of revive i did was me going backwards, fending off skaven and trying to reach bardin. I almost managed to rez him before the horde reached me. Once i saw the attack animation i had to cancel the revive, because i was the last one alive. My friend told me over discord "just leave me, i'll watch your back" (referring to spectator mode). So that i did. I went to the middle next to the statue of His holiness Sigmar, and fought for my life. It was incredibly stressful, avoiding ranged enemies while also consistently blocking attacks. But after a while, i entered a trance state. I was simply one with my weapon. Each swing took 3-5 skaven lives, and each block parried blows of chaos champions that would've instantly killed me. I was hyperaware of my surroundings, slaughtering any who dared to breach my flanks. I was a whirlwind of righteous judgement. My mate simply stopped saying anything, and the random sent a "wow" in chat. After what felt like an eternity, the statue of Sigmar finally lit up, and purged the rest of the taint. I ran back towards my companions and brought them to their feet, finally making our escape. This was the single most indescribably amazing moment in my gaming history, and I want to thank Fatshark for making it possible. Cheers.

The only character for whom the classes feel like progression. From proud inquisitor to disheartened soul who lost hope to religious fanatic on brink of insanity to resurfacing on the other side finding stable footing in same faith that almost drowned him.

Been playing him nonstop and I have to say you really nailed this one fatshark. The moment your hammers light up you feel like such a powerhouse. Also this entire spec makes Victor feel like his own steamtank, so his wish did kinda come true.

God I hope Saltz voices "the inquisitor" in Darktide

Going from rapier to giant warhammer is a big trasition. I love it.

I am happy to be proven wrong. i thought we were gonna get a radical inquisitor class. something along the idea of binding demons and chaos energies to fight chaos. similar to gregor eisenhorn. that would have been really cool, but im also happy with warrior priest. and it's also nice to see saltzpyre talking about hope for others. its a small, and subtle change in motivations that i like. he's no llonger fighting just to punish. he's fighting to save.

Dude, this trailer never gets old. Play it before every crucial battle as the empire in total war

You know, I like how the horde is waiting for him to finish his prayers before starting the assault, it's like the chaos warrior saying "there is no glory in killing a worthy opponent when he's kneeling with his back turned to you".

Saltzpyre's lines are good and all but for me personally nothing beats Kerillians "If i was a door, i would be the best door, obviously, but where would i be?"

"FOR SIGMAR AND THE EMPIRE" shout gets me everytime, I would rally to him.

As someone who plays Vermintide as Saltzpyre exclusively, I cannot properly say how happy I am for this new path!

(Kruber and Salts look at each other, then to the countless chaos Hordes that surround them and their companions, as trolls and demons join the fray. They smile) Kruber and Salts (eyes glowing golden): IT'S SMITING TIME!!!!

Chills man, literally chills. Keep it up, Fatshark. It’s easy to see how passionate you guys are about this franchise and everything in it. Hats off to the voice actors as well, they really inject an incredible amount of life into these characters, much more than many other games of late regardless of indie or triple-A standard.

I love the new narration for Helmgart maps done by Salty! Chasing after pumpkins on Screaming Bell. Adventure of a lifetime. The class itself also plays very well.

I just got the base game and only this career dlc so far, and I’m already thinking about getting the rest of the dlc. I love Saltyzpyre’s banter, his fervor and most of all I’m wondering why I didn’t get this game sooner.

Whenever sienna's class gets introduced is gonna be a sad day, whenever I boot up vermintide 2 I always listen to this in full. I don't believe in Sigmar but for a minute and a half, he can count me among the faithful cause this is badass.
