I actually got food poisoning from Subway one time, and it happened last year just before the summer season started. Didn't crap all over the place like Wario here, but I had intense vomiting during the night. Haven't been back to Subway ever since.

The onions probably didn't help on top of food poisoning. Some people get stomach pains/sickness without those onions even being bad. Just a cavalcade of stomach pain.
