I'm very confused. I'm a music student, and I've been looking around to find good warm ups and technique tips. During my research, I found a video where Christian Lindberg says don't buzz, and actually goes on to say that buzzing can harm your tone. This video says to include buzzing in a warm up. Should I buzz or not?
As Mr. Alessi says, you need to have two different settings, one for playing and one for buzzing. When buzzing the aperture is closed a little more when compared to your playing setting.
