Same cult Reverend Jim Jones was a member of before he started his own cult and killed all those people with his Cyanide laced Kook Aid drink. Anyways, hope this video helps you. Ashley, I recommend therapy. Have experienced abuse as a child, too. Many years of working my way back to my soul. Don’t go to a psychiatrist who may just put you on drugs and be done with it, but to a therapist who helps you to PROCESS. There are also some techniques out there that work with eye movement that can help to heal the effects of trauma. And I had very much success doing a therapy called Family Constellations.

I agree with you 100%. For a very long time now, I have been astounded at how so many people are so blatanatly selfish, rude, judgmental and unsupportive, even to their friends and family when they are at their lowest and need them the most. Then I learned about sociopaths and narcissists, very serious and common personality disorders, that do not respond well to treatment. I have learned to look for the warning signs of people who are like that, as I made friends with people who turned out to have a hidden agenda to exploit me, they were con artists. They can be so charismatic, charming and friendly. They look for your weaknesses, hopes, dreams, regrets, etc and play very subtle manipulation games. They say that knowledge is power and I wish we had all been taught about these things in school when growing up....how to handle people and situations that are not good for us and how to set boundaries and honor ourselves in a healthy way. Approval-seeking behavior can be a huge pitfall. Anyway....we definitely need more kindness, understanding, compassion, caring, love and respect in this world. It amazes me at the shameless narcissism I find around me everywhere I go.

This mantra helped tremendously! I quit smoking and drinking caffeine the next day. I can't explain what happened but I turned it on to cure my stress and anxiety and this helped all those things!!! This is very powerful and I'm very glad i listened to it

I was suicidal depressed and wanted to end myself too Arjun. You probably live in your head too much or you have the wrong idea about who you are, you are the witness of the thoughts feeling senses etc. Move to that awareness. Seek the truth, knowledge of self. I am still on my journey but i dont feel that depressed anymore. Sometimes.. but that is fine! Experience it fully. You will feel better soon. Unfortunately public schools (in America at least) aren't keen on educating you to help you live a better life but instead indoctrinating you to be a good sheep. If the government wanted people to be smart, teachers would be paid the highest salaries instead of the lowest. Meditate and encourage others to do so as well. Maybe if enough people wake up we can reform the education system to be something that does include quality life skills.

Look up the medicine fenbendazole It's cured many people's cancers. It's a veterinarian drug that they don't want to tell people about. The government wants to create population control by not telling us about these things. Which I'm sure they have a cure. Have your brother start taking apricot seeds. Mr. Wise, hier is how you can help your son: just sit quietly next to him, best that he cannot see you, yet fairy close, like 1-2 yards away. Now hier is the challenging part - you should ELIMINATE your own thoughts! Just sit, meditative, if you need an anchoring for your attention - focus on your heart beat. Be just present in the moment, do NOT try to produce healing process - it comes automatically with feelings of PEACE, GRATITUDE, LOVE. For to tune yourself into at least one of those feelings, do prior 10 min. gratitude consciousnes - think of all you can, that you are grateful for - no matter howcsmall of insignificant. And focus your mind as well on the times, when your son was healthy and joyful - thus your remembrance with joy of his wellbeing will send HEALING IMPULSES to your son - thoughts that are CONNECTED youth feelings are POWERFUL - in positive or negative sence. If you are sad that your son is injured - that is destriktive wave and you will hold the state of your son. So, focus on his healthy image with joy and gratitude. Reality is not what you see but what you accept as TRUE. And tgat is the challenge - command your brain to just hold on to the healthy remembrance and feel gratitude and joy - these are super powerful feelings. I had a stroke a year ago. The doctors were surprised I didn't die. I improved but still have issues with dizziness and balance. I came across this video and though I didn't believe it for a moment, I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least try it. I listen to it while I nap because the doctors told me your brain heals while you sleep. It's been a week and I have noticed some improvements. I can walk farther without getting as dizzy and can stand longer without needing to sit down right away. I have not had any scans or tests to verify healing, but I think it's working!

I listened to the video at lease 20 mins ,I am gonna do it again later and everyday ! I have a rare brain disease that's called Chairi malformation I'm losing my hearing and can go paralyzed or die from it. My brain is swelling in my skull and my cerebellum is slowly going into my spine. All I hear in my head is so many different sounds and the pressure is aweful it sounds like frequencies so noisy. at so many different levels !!! No cure for Chairi but to cut part of your skill out of the back of your head to make room for your brain push it up and put a mesh in thats if your lucky .I pray to God that this sound will help me. I have to get better I have no choice .I have to take care of my husband who is on his 11th bladder and kidney cancer..,God I hope this helps with prayers to I need the healing and God's help ,God bless and thank you all sorry I went off to strangers I just cant do it anymore ! Thank you, thank you thank you." You may create an affirmation of your own words. God hears all our prayers, it is important to use positive language only. Had a stroke. Was abused physically by mom, step dad, husband. If you can listen to the sounds and block out all thoughts that's meditation. To clear your mind of all the trauma and pain helps you live. When you're able to appreciate the small things, your able to help other people with your story. Life is helping others.

First time trying this I was having a hard time going to sleep due to a headache. Couple of minutes into this, I felt the tension in my head loosen up..Like it was opening and relaxing. Next thing I know I'm dozing off. Another attempt of this, and it helped with my overthinking while I did breathing exercises with it. I'm putting this comment in after a few attempts. Thank you. This has really been working well for me. I listen to it for an hour and a half to start my day and it's been so helpful for me and my healing process. I have so much to be grateful for and I am taking life now minute by minute enjoying each second. Staying positive and mindful really helps me out because I have severe anxiety and ADHD and it's really held me back in all areas of my life but I am determined to not let it win and be so crippling so developing great copeing skills and talking with a great counselor has really helped me out plus writing down your emotions helps me out because I can always go back and review my progress. Plus for me writing down what I'm grateful for each day is definitely key to keeping a good balance in all aspects of my life. 🙏

I came across this track this morning and felt drawn to read the comments. I find myself in tears as I read how transparent people are on here about their deep suffering and how this music has helped them. I'm saving this to my meditation album so I can put listening to it into my daily practice. Well I've been listening daily for the past two weeks as I said. I have a much stronger handle on the addiction issue. Today I will drop it fully. I've been weaning. My finances are more stable and substantial. I get a feeling of joy and pleasure sweep over me periodically and it's a good preparation for my meditation which I do right after. All in all, I like it and will continue to use this during my OM chants. God's Love to you!

Maybe if you write down what you are feeling and define the emotion, it will show itself as fear. You are stronger than it is, and once looked at, fear slides away into the dust. Be Here Now is the title of a wonderful book by Ram Dass..try to find it, it will help you get above the crippling fear. You are strong ~ you have just forgotten. You are whole, you're just taking a detour. You are loved. God Bless

Please try breath watching..you watch your sensations when air passes thru your nostrils and slowly u will bcom relaxed and fall asleep and get out of anxiety. It worked for me
