I work in a call center and it has been really tricky to understand what the native speakers say. I feel I panic everytime it takes place. It is really important to enhance but I am not able to catch the ideas.
Painful to watch...the agents need to talk like real people not the horrible scripts...i get anxiety waiting for them to hurry up and finish saying all they're bullshit-we appreciate you call with your contact number ect ect ect ect😢
