Bro, if they kept him as head coach, I honestly believe warriors would’ve thrived throughout the years as a great program. It was sad to see him leave because that’s where it took the turn for the worst.

Me and mt friends were watching this game at our local sporys bar.Because Hawaii was kicking BYU'S butt,ESPN deceided to cut the game off and show something else. In Hawaii, BYU is our most hated rival. And when they( ESPN) did that,that really upset the Hawaii fans. So,the fans that were watching the game on tv; never got to see the entire game.
Love being able to hear Coach Jones' sideline coaching and general enthusiasm and humanness especially after that final TD. He was really enjoying this as much as a spectator. By 2007 he was worn down. This 2001 game might have been as close to a highpoint for him as anything even in 2007.
