Neither Keon or Ladd ever reached 800 yards in a season. Ladd even had a 15 game season in 2022. Pearsall got 965 in 12 games last year with lesser QB play.

I wasn’t shocked at all, I had him as a high 2nd round pick. I feel like he can be a really really good nfl slot wr. He’s got good quickness and rac skills. He’s tough. I think he’s a perfect fit for Shanahan and the niners. Not sure how anyone could possibly think this was more shocking than the falcons taking 2nd round quarterback at number 8 after they payed a quarterback 180 million dollars.

I watched him play at Arizona State before he transferred and he was a beast back then, but they weren’t using him right. Glad to see he made it to the NFL.

As a Florida fan, watching just about all his games, this guy is really good. I think he’ll surprise you next year and moving forward. Quick, good route runner, will be productive. I agree he doesn’t have the upside of a normal first rounder, which is why I expected him too go early second, but I don’t feel like it’s a huge reach

Great blocker and return man too. High character locker room guy. People knock him for his production, but he never had consistent qb play and was always changing offenses. And had the 2nd best 3 cone drill in the entire draft class (at the combine) He was one of the top 5 WRs in the entire class as far as athletic testing. And he had like the 7th best bench press. Jayden was absolutely terrible throwing when he played with Rickey. Same with Richardson. He never had a good QB in college. Rickey went to the right situation now, a good offense based on timing and rhythm. He can showcase is speed, routes and hands. Watch the tape not stats and it’s not that hard to see
