He's not deranking, he's clearly sending out warning shots, he's like "look, you see those shots in the ground? Careful or the next one could be fired at you" he's playing mind games the likes of which we haven't seen before.

That gold soldier is definitely trying to derank. He is straight line running and not even trying to shoot the enemy team.

That soldier is definitely throwing. You can see moments of good gameplay before he remembers to stop moving so he can die and throw.

As a bronze player I’ve never seen anyone like the soldier lol

The fact that they won in a 4v5 is amazing

There are a ton of bronze players who would be Plat by comparison. Watching people intentionally throw like that makes me wish we could retroactively report someone.

The soldier was obviously trolling. There is no way a player as bad as he is pretending to be has the awareness to shoot the venom mine as they run to the team fight but never has the awareness to even aim at the widow.

The rare occurrence where a gold player says "I did everything and my DPS was a bot!" and it was true.

I just imagine the Soldier sobbing the entire time typing away at their keyboard "She's cheating. I can't do anything. Why won't anyone belive me" Meanwhile the Mercy is like "I killed her for you. You can stop hiding now".

The fact that the soldier was blatantly throwing and his team still managed to win is a clear indication than the match making is a complete fucking joke.

The ult at 09:34... Was he trying to triangulate the worst moment to ult between being low, being anti'd and layering ults with his dps partner.

8:42 Ain't no way this soldier had the mental capacity to spot and shot the venom mine at a glance but decides to run in straight lines at the Widow that he knows is still there spawn camping him. He's trolling, deranking, or both.

Soldier is definitely doing this on purpose. Had a Zen like this in a Comp game ones, I was the other support. At the end he was 145 damage I think, and 800 something healing. The enemy support and I sat between 6-8k healing. And yes, all he did was sitting in front of our spawn and also no, we sadly didn't win. And he was called out, but got someone had the nerve to defend him, someone from our team at that.

SpookySlayer here aka mercy/moria. This video is amazing. I laughed so much, even though I was not laughing while playing the game lol. The solider was definitely throwing but I feel like it was from grieving. I think he gave up playing from fusteration. I dont remember if his career profile was silver or gold, but I can definitely confirm he never hit plat or above, so Im not sure why he would derank. Players throwing when they are upset are so common in Gold. Even though we won, he told us that we s**k at the end off the game. Very original. Also I did jump off on purpose because I knew I was going to die anyways and didnt want the enemy to get ult charge.

That Soldier represents 90% of the players on most of my comp games. No joke, I had a game last night where the Soldier refused to turn around and help with the flanking Reaper. He had 5 kills by the end of the first round... and 7000 damage _(an average of 1600 damage per kill, mind you)._ Couple that with a Bastion with his headphones on in reverse, and a Winston that constantly flung himself into 1v5s, and what's a guy playing Ana to do when I can't even get out of spawn? I'd love to be able to show a replay code, but the midseason patch last night erased my match history. I'm confident that by the end of the season, I'll finally make it into Silver 1. _(Note: I started this season at PLAT 3. Summer is the single worst time to play competitive.)_

The soldier accusing another player, that obviously isn’t cheating, of cheating is certainly just a way for them to seem like a legitimate bad player. He pretty good at pretending until you spectate him and realize there is no possible way to be that bad at that rank without intentionally throwing

The Widowmaker is using hacks that make the Soldier:76 unable to aim at anything but inanimate objects. So devious.

I genuinely cannot with the way emongg sees the soldier shooting the floor, and is like “he’s showing which way the cart goes”

I am silver 4 dps currently with my peak being gold 4, bronze 4 support currently with my peak being silver 2, and unranked on tank. I main widow & bastion. Never before in the some 400 hours of playtime I have in this game have I seen a player so undeserving of even having this game installed. I feel quite qualified to speak on the topic of shit players as I am indeed one. Watching a total bot playing in a rank that I have been denied for 2 seasons now is quite actually infuriating

i loved this, i swear emongg you're so enjoyable to watch stream wise and youtube wise, never fail to make me smile XD But i feel for this mercy, this is generally how my games go as well and its hard to rank up that im just accepting im staying in gold / plat area (highest is plat 3). It sucks that theres so many people like this soldier in gold lobbies

*Legit advice for the soldier:* 1) Prioritise snipers and supports above anything else. Unless you have a juicy target and don't see any snipers, always hit support first. 2) Position near walls so that you can take cover when you are getting hit. Don't ever rely on healing alone. 3) Don't be affraid to shoot them. You are running too much. If it breathes, shoot it! Don't worry about your accuracy. If you aren't shooting, you aren't getting value. 4) Use healing field more. 5) use rocket to confirm kills instead of to initiate a fight. Get them to about half health and then hit them with a rocket to confirm the kill.
