SCP 1447 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as Tulpa.
SCP-1447 -1 is a quasi-physical humanoid entity resembling an Asian male in traditional Tibetan Buddhist monastic garb; its face is visually distorted and indistinct, even when viewed on high-speed footage.
SCP1447 -1 typically remains in constant motion - frequently in excess of 200kph - for approximately 20 hours a day, which time is chiefly spent attacking the interior of its cell. Reinforcing SCP-1447-1's containment unit with hardened steel plating has been successful in reducing the incidence of breaches but has not proven totally immune to SCP-1447-1's efforts.

I would suggest that the explosives and suppressive are not effective by themselves, they cause what is effective: noise. The sound of small firearms can be startling, but can mostly be ignored by a disciplined mind. But the combination of loud sound and the associated fear response might be enough toi disrupt the connection with the projecting mind. Therefore, breach response protocols should focus on disrupting said concentration, paired with Zen koans to shift focus away to pondering the riddles.

The Foundation should consider giving Steve a little water from SCP-006. So long as they keep him safe, they could effectively contain (or rather, constrain) the tulpa indefinitely that way.

Imagination is a powerful force, I can vaguely remember many instances where imagination is important the the SCP foundation. Quote 049, The Plague Doctor: “You simply have no imagination” when being asked how his bottomless bag work and how his cure to the pestilence worked. And that weird Garfield one. “Imagination is a powerful thing.” It almost seems like imagination is a key part the SCP’s anomalous puzzle that haven’t quite discovered yet.

This story parallels my own but my tulpa dressed in flamboyant clothing, liked to pose in various provocative stances like a fashion model and had its own unique set of abilities. Even more unusually though, despite its extravogent nature, my tulpa could only be seen by other tulpa users. On a whim I started referring to it using musically inspired names. I told my fellow monks that it was "symbolic of the ideals for which I stand". They totally bought it, instantly starting a trend among the nieve younger monks of the order who all adopted popular musically themed names for their own tulpas. Not stopping there, the monks themselves abandoned their robes in favour of the latest fashions then defiantly presented themselves with the same arrogant bearing as their own newly stylised tulpas. Obviously this created a cultural divide between the more disaplined traditional tulpa users and the younger edgy reformists. Retribution from the old guard was swift and yet in one final act of defiance, the reformists quit the monastery, left behind the name "tulpa" and adopted a name that better fit their new principles. This is the bizzare story of the "stand" users and how the world would be forever changed by their many adventures.

I mean, every tulpa is different, so it's possible for one to be "evil." However it's highly unlikely. For one thing, a tulpa can't actually make you do anything you don't want to do, nor can it manifest itself physically in any way. For another, it's existence totally depends on you - if you choose to stop believing in it, it effectively dies. It is possible to have a super edgy tulpa who likes to imagine itself as dangerous, but they have no teeth.

I think I found the name of 682. During the termination attempt with the gate guardian I remember 682 saying that he cant die cuz that's his curse for suggesting the fruit so I searched what was the snake's name who suggested the fruit in the garden of Eden and its Nāḥāš so the scp foundation could perhaps now use the death note to kill it I guess?

I feel as though this scp was covered well by the rubber it’s unknown who may have eventually taken over his company for a little bit. But man it’s crazy I mean it’s an scp that has hope the rubber was more of it can be controlled but then we aren’t sure it could be that the way the monks eventually began to not like him or an almost act of sabotage. Because of the way the monks other energies began to transfer meaning that while he was okay but wanted to learn a bit more he wasn’t careful only real way to know would be to find a way to reconcile and tame it. Of course we may never know according to other accounts it’s almost under control but sometimes it’s hard to contain. So it’s not about trying to keep it held back but seal it in a way that it can go back to peace it’s almost 60 percent near to being normal it just has a tendency to go crazy oh well.

So here's my take on how to end SCP 1447-1. Organize a large on site day of meditation for 4 hours at least where all the staff focus on one mantra "Eliminate SCP 1447-1." The combined efforts should work in addition to having the whole event being led by either a MTF force ready to provide strategic psychicforce damage, with if need be loud noises like medatation gongs placed in spots to reverberate off the walls and around 1447-1's room, then if the creature breaks containment it can be stopped by the MTF team. I couldn't find any MTF team trained in dealing with psychologically made entities. Heck, why not bring in Buddha if that's possible?

Yup that can happen, imaginary friends and tulpa's (the real kind, not the magic ghost kind like in this video) are based on the same kind of neuroscience as DID, which is what most people think of as a split personality. The main difference is that DID is non-voluntary. I really hope that in your case, your second identity is at least benign.
