Luvin, how you're answering these questions. Answering with patience and really trying to make sure that the answers make sense and are understood. It's such a pleasure. I'm trying to understand why some people have been throwing shade at BGC. Welp, I've just stopped wondering. Thanks again.
We typically present all the options making room for whatever an individual is most comfortable with. In our experience folks have to do what is most comfortable for them and as stylist we respect that.
It took me a full year to learn how to use curly magic, and another 4 months to figure out how to use ag cloud and quiet calm control. I'm not going back because my fro is fast and perfect.
I have a question!! I've scoured the internet and haven't been successful in finding a solid answer. I'm from Chicago but live like an island gal, and swim in salt water multiple times a week. What considerations should I make around clarifying/washing my hair? Thank you :)
As we throughly explain in our resources there is spectrum to shampoo. You have your most cleansing to least conditioning shampoo to your least cleansing most conditioning shampoo. With that being said, salt water isn’t something that needs a specific shampoo it’s a matter of your lifestyle and activity level that dictate what shampoo you use. In our free Wash Your Damn Hair Challenge digital download we explain the shampoo spectrum there. Visit the link above to sign up to our email list and we’ll send that right over to you.
thanks so much for this WYDH Challenge! I’ve been following BGC on twitter and started washing my hair every Friday since Mardi Gras.. but this guide helped me so much - knowing the recommended products is one thing but watching you & Aeleise go through the process and actually having a visual made ALL the difference! Finally had that “AH-HA” moment! ❤️ I purchased the AG line since the others have my allergens in it & i’ll continue on washing my damn head 🤭🤗 thanks again!
These 30 days went fast. I can truly admit that not using oils and butters has more hype than what is necessary. My hair did great. Thanks for the challenge.
