Washing machine Doorlock error codes E01, F08, F16, F34, E61 Bosch, Neff, Siemens 

At 2:50 you showed how to remove the door lock. This showed me that the problem I had with my machine was that the door lock mechanism was loose. Error message was "Door open?". I just had to reverse what you did and put it back in place and the machine was working again so thanks a lot for making this video! I previously had to repair a broken piece of plastic inside the door with some screws and also found the solution to that problem here on youtube. The latter is by the way a very common fault on these machines and must be classified as a design flaw.

Totally fixed our problem! Pretty weird that this error code is ment for a different problem, after some googling I read more about how the lock would probably be the problem. Simple youtube search got me to this video and we got to fix the washer ourselves in relatively no-time because of the clear guidance of this video! Thanks

My contribution to humanity: I've been fighting with E61 on my Bosch. At the same time, our Bosch dishwasher was also playing up, repeatedly switching on the cutting out as it tried to move on the cycle. It was only when we tried to reheat pizza in the microwave and it was all lights and no action that I discovered that the wall socket was giving out reduced power. I ran an extension cable from a known good socket and the washing machine ran with no issues. Why reduced power should have resulted in a door lock error I've no suggestion, but it's obviously something to check before expensive callouts and/or replacement parts and machines. Hope it helps

Thanks for the video You are awesome My machine is exactly the same as in this video. I get E00 error code. After doing what you've told the machine started working but now it has an alarm sound kind of repeatedly while it is working and the speed perfect button's light goes on and off. When I press the button for a time or two then comes the same error again and I have to go through the process again I will appreciate it very much if you give me a tip Thanks 🙏🏽

Hi, I have a Siemens S1 14.44 Total Textile Management Washing Machine and it has tripped the power on several of our appliances. I have switched the trip switch back on and an error code F34 is displayed with a bleeping noise. I have watched your video about how to replace the faulty door lock which this error indicates however I am not sure if there is another issue as the power is tripping. The door did actually open. Any suggestions please, thanks.

Hello, could you help me with my washing machine problem? I have AEG L64840l model and what i was figure out that showing E42 in service mode so i suspect that is problem with door lock. Once was E68. Or can be even with mother board? Washing machine has start to stoping during the program and i have notice that the doors are opened. Beside that also when should program be done, still showin 1 minute till the end. I have clean the heater, water suply and water pump with the help of your great videos so kepp going on that way! Hi how-2-repair. Thank you for your video. I have a question hoping you ca help me. I have a Bosch machine that is not working since one week. I don't know what is the problem and I don't know if it's an error or a piece of the machine. When I choose a program with the door open and then I close the door, the machine tries to put the lock of the door several times (for about 10 seconds) but then nothing happens. The "start" button flashes and I try to activate it but notihng happens. So I tried to program the machine but this time whit the door closed. Again, we hear that the machine tries to put the lock of the door several times but nothing happens and even worst, if I touch the "start" button during the first 5 second, the circuit breakers leap. I thought that it could be the heater or the interference filter but both are ok. Can you help me please??? I don't know if it's just an error of the circuit (even if I don't have an error code on the display). Thank you very much you for your help.
