Just watched the replay. Thank you for showing Sylvan Terrace, a beautiful gem in Manhattan. Those brownstones are so gorgeous as well. I love this part of the City. Great tour, Ariel!

Gorgeous Street, pity seeing all those bags of gargabge in front of those amazing homes. Upper Manhattan is simply gorgeous, and you get way more for your money in that part of Manhattan! Those brownstones are also gorgeous too! Hello from Barcelona!

Interesting video, Great street. did the houses had two doors? the small one and was there a big one at the top of the stairs.🤔 I am from England, and a back garden means a lot to most people. It can be a selling point. In the summer in some villages we have open gardens. People open up their gardens to the public and raise money for charity. I would never buy a house with garden. If in flats or bedsits, they normally have one communal garden. Thank you for sharing. You are so very knowledgeable.😀
