They should release all those recorded songs. I actually believe those are the songs with distinct style and show a different side of Blackpink. I hate that their efforts just go to waste. They can just release the audio that doesn’t cost them anything really
Gross as it is, that's the shiftiness of making money in the entertainment industry. The artists have always only been products to the companies they sign contracts to no matter the lip service. If an artist wants "authentic" or "uncontrolled" release power then the trade off is you don't get to sign with a big company that will easily make you famous. There's little to no way a big entertainment label company could allow someone who isn't actively part of the business planning side to just decide what to sell.
It sucks but idols don't own their songs 100% majority of the time. Lots of the composition, writing and arrangements are done through the company. So idols don't have the right to release it whenever they want.

It’s a common practice in the music industry (mainly for larger companies that can afford to produce and release music whenever they want) to create release schedules that they believe would maximize the success of said projects. YGE believes that its best bet is with this minimalistic approach that it’s taken with Blackpink. Conversely, its main competitors have NCT (SME) and Stray Kids (JYPE) that are allowed to release as much and as often as they want because the companies have seen that their fans will support the projects regardless. It’s basically a part of the whole “you sign your soul away” thing that comes with entertainment.
