In my country, unfortunately, the hope of saying goodbye to the European federation is dead for a long time. England is no longer in the EU, but the stigma is still around some areas, and others remain infected, such as your government. Tend to the infection first for that is what causing all the pain. There's another man whose wife and child drowned on a French beach earlier this year. They were literally pushed into the water by other migrants overloading the boat. Yet, he stayed on the boat over to England, travelling with the people who killed his family. He didn't get off the boat to see if his wife and child could be saved. I doubt if he reported the people who pushed them into the water when the boat arrived in England.
