Kapil Sibal Interview: In an interview to ANI, Kapil Sibal came out to defend former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's remarks. "Manmohan talked of all the marginalised and particularly meaning because they are below the scheduled tribes," said Kapil Sibal. "I am part of that government. I know Manmohan Singh and there was no first priority given to Manmohan Singh," Kapil Sibal said in Manmohan Singh's defence.
