I'm 21 and I've had my hair buzzed/ short since I was 18. Most times I'm in love with it and other times I struggle to feel feminine. I needed to watch this video to hype myself up and remind myself of who I am. Hair can be a fun accessory, but it does not have to define you. P.S. I absolutely love your vibes!

When I had cancer/ leukemia and was naturally bald from chemo, along with other women fighting, I was stared at with whispers. Now it's like the THING TO DO... Black women in Africa have ALWAYS worn bald. This is not a new fashion. It's our African culture. Embrace who you are without apology or excuse. Head shapes doesn't matter in Africa. We are tribal and that's it. If a person is afraid, then you are not in tuned with Africa...please don't make this a MODERN PUBLIC ACCEPTED SITUATION...WHO CARES...WE BLACK AND THAT'S WHAT WE DO...TRIBAL.

My hair was too thin and damaged. I just decided to shave it off today and start fresh with all the natural products I have. Then wear glue less wigs and get it braided underneath so it can grow thicker

I’m ready for my shave in a couple of weeks. 2017 I did it after a bad hair cut. Need to start fresh. And yes you mentioned about makeup lol…I don’t want to keep putting eye shadow everyday. Maybe buy more earrings and put lip gloss.
