Will always remember this trailer for the perfect way it drops M.I.A.’s “Paper Planes” in the middle of it. Hilarious movie but my main takeaway from it was exposing me to that awesome M.I.A. song.

This came out 6 days before I was born

I remember "Super Bad" being my ALL time favorite movie, and buying the DVD. I watched that movie EVERY night, after it was released, and I bought it. I was only 17, and still in high school. In the special features section of the dvd, they had a sneak peek of Pineapple Express, and it showed the scene where Dale goes into Saul's apartment to buy weed, and they smoke the cross joint together. I was SO stoked for it to come out. I was a big time pot head at the time. I watched that sneak peek a shit ton of times. Then, when the movie finally came to theatres, a buddy of mine, and I, smoked a few bowls, and then drove to the theatre, and people were waiting outside for it to start, so we lit up a joint on the side of the theatre, in the alley. I was SO stoned during the entire movie.
