I lost my best friend and the father of my children to a cult. Years ago I was married to a man who was kind, compassionate and rational. I didn't pay attention to what he was watching on the Internet. He said a few things that made me look at him funny. I remember the day he started telling me about a guy named Alex Jones. He told me he has proof that the shooting at Sandy Hook elementary was a false flag. It stopped me in my tracks. I knew about it and watched the coverage. I immediately said it was definitely not faked. That's the day I realized he was changing. From that day everything went downhill. I was helpless to bring him back to reality. Eventually my entire family went MAGA! EXCEPT FOR ME! My ex would scream at me for talking to our friends wives! Eventually I was no longer welcomed to participate in gatherings because I caused problems with my mouth. My male family members, friends and coworkers became furious with my opinions about MAGA! I am currently kicked out of my own family. I am told that I suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome. I am helpless to reach my own children. My daughters are married to MAGA males who refuse to allow me to see my grandchildren because I am clearly deranged. I have cried a billion tears and I expect a billion more. I cannot fathom how anyone would believe the lies and think that guy was anything but a vile grotesque criminal who belongs in prison. My fantasy also includes the truth and nothing but the truth about the guy is finally absorbed by my family members. VOTE BLUE 💙 VOTE AGAINST ALL THINGS MAGA! 😢

To disagree slightly. I don't think that Trump misunderstood the word tesitfy. He knows exactly what the difference is between making a statement, under oath, in the witness box and rabbiting on to the media. What he is doing is trying to prime his base with an excuse when he refuses to go into the witness box - "the judge wouldn't let me".
