I'm glad they're making new banknotes - I hate this push for everything to become cashless - just let me choose how I want to pay for stuff!

This makes me sad. I miss the queen.

Only time I have cash in the UK is to pay the window cleaner, I think even he has a card reader now

I think the portrait of King Charles should have been of him when he was slightly older (like basically what he looks like now), since he did not become King until 2022. I would also say he looks more regal now than he did back in the day.

As a foeign currency collecter from Hong Kong,I can't wait to collect these Charles III banknotes.

They should have the queen on the currency along with the current monarch until someday until they have another queen.
