I am impressed with how well you describe living in Victoria, Australia. I will only point out that most of what you described is replicated in other Australian States including the transport system ( I have lived in Sydney, Canberra, and currently living in Melbourne). Keep up the good work.

Yes it’s pretty hard to get rental accommodation and that like I rent out the house and honestly my understanding you probably have about 40 people or more going to have a look at an open house and that it’s just a hard market says something to think about

In nsw there is a transport card called opal, or you can just tap your visa debit card the same way described. 🙂

No I'm not in the country yet but hopefully in the early part of the coming year. I just want to lay my hand on any visa out side the the student visa which I consider too expensive and seek asylum because my plan is to resettle in Australia
