Avoid it. Locks you into DJI ecosystem which will be a problem as a person progresses.

As you said, I didn’t like the globe mode shooting as well. Is there any setting that we could change to not be like globe? I didn’t get what is the point of that. On the other hand, I’m just crazy about DJI FPV. I have a Mavic Mini and now this new drone. The power is just insane!

@@glaubercs You must be talking about the TinyWorld 36p panorama rendering setting as "globe mode"? It's a gimmick but I've seen some peopel do some very wow things with it a few times. You have to though do a lot of tracking additions in post process to really make the wow come out though. The probelm is buying DJI, is you're stuck there. Their controllers and drones only work with the saem controllers you bought them with. Then what, you end up with repeated buying of a controller fevery drone and a custom set of batteries for every drone, and can't buy 3rd party stuff or use one ctornoller for everything. If you want power a 5" carbon frame quad will probably blow the DJI FPV quad out of the water.. as the DJI FPV quad is pretty heavy like a schoo bus. Yeah that big block 450 has a lot of power but it's also pulling a bus full of kids lol. Or in the case of DJI, a huge heavy battery. Stcik the same school bus engine 450 in a Shelby Cobra body and you've got a stick of dynamite on 4 wheels.

Just took mine up for the first flight! The props keep showing up in my frame! How’d you avoid that here?

@@taf158 Those are just there for shipping. You have to break them off before you fly.

Same here. I fly this then I get on my Mavic 2 pro...it's like drone porn.🤪

You can adjust the stick tension from the back of the controller, adjust it to how you like.

Where is that option in?

That’s what I’ve been hearing. I’ve been flying a mini for awhile, 1-2yrs, and love it. Its my daily flyer commercial. ...I just grabbed the FVP and tbh I’m mad intimidated by it...have been considering sending it back and grabbing the mini 2. I’ve heard nothing but great things.

Got the mini one. Don't like it now. Always having low power power /esc issues. Should of waited for mini 2..

​@@Mcgeee I'm a beginner and bought this as my first drone. From all the videos I've watched about it there are some settings which can make it better. Adjusting the sensitivity of the controls as well as using D-CInelike color profile in addition to the EIS and distortion correction mentioned. I've got an Android phone so the DJI FPV sim doesn't work. I'm in the process of looking for alternatives. Thinking either DRL or Velocidrone. Any sim you recommend? Can't wait to fly this thing for real.

@@TheParadigmShiftTV Liftoff works with the DJI controller (V1) via usb c/usb cable plug and play. Not sure about velocidrone. Should also work with the new controller. I learnt on velocidrone but liftoff is more fancy and has really cool locations and quads to choose from.

Nazgul pilot here too! I also prefer cinematic flying with GoPro and RSGO. Durability and geofencing (height restriction) a big turnoff on this drone. Would you consider it a cool upgrade? Planning on mountain 🏔 surfing in Switzerland. Thanks 🤘🏻

@@marsmachine1156 the Nazgul and DJI are totally different. They both have their own characteristics and you can crash the Nazgul and not have to worry as much.

Fly it! SO simple to fly in normal and sport mode.

In the past I've used cigar lighters, but now I actually use a product called Boost Pack. It's amazing for portable charging - amzn.to/3oRPiv1

@@Mcgeee ill sure keep this in my wish list, but for now im trying to save as much as possible in order to travel more. When you used the cigar lighter, did you pay attention to the car battery not becaming empty or as long as you charge while driving everything is safe?

I totally agree. To be honest, I'm here trying to find a single good reason to buy it, but the more I watch videos, the less I think it worth the money. Also £150 for a battery, I mean really? All in plastic? The point for me it's not much the price, for £650 you get a lot of features, but if - no, sorry, WHEN you will crash, you will be missing how easy is to repair your drone.

We shall see. Hoping they come out with a more sport version at some point

I would suggest looking into an emax tiny hawk 2 freestyle I don’t yet have one but seen many videos and reviews I currently have dji fpv but seriously considering the emax and it’s cheap ready to fly under £200

It's not bad. I'm going to do a footage review video in a couple weeks so will get more in depth there. But it did have a bit of grain when I was flying

You can plug your phone into your goggles and open the dji fly app. Go into camera view and your wife can see from there.

dji is the company name and fpv is an acronym for first person view. Basicaaly because you're looking through goggles.

If you want to fly cinema drones DJI Mini 2, if you want to fly FPV build yourself one if you got the time.

For photography mini 2. For speed, adrenaline and different videos, this is the best.

@@FAQUERETERMAX No its not, literally every 200$ Racequad of Banggood got more Speed, Turns faster and is fixable.

@@rnkks3752 Yeah but unless you're an acro expert and learn a lot about radios, batteries, chargers, goggles, and betaflight you're not gonna be able to fly without complications or hard crashes. $200 quads not the best for beginners who just wanna fly and get better gradually with all the aids provided by DJI. I simply can't recommend a beginner to start with analog and cheap goggles you can barely see, and having to add (and destroy) a gopro is very expensive too. Maybe if you wanna start cheap and crash no problems, if you're a beginner just pick one of those micro quads with all included from banggood
