I love how you explained that being a girl's girl can actually help you *somehow* eradicate the feeling of wanting male validation. Honestly, there's nothing really better than having a genuine support system from your girl friends like y'all are so empathetic w eo and when one of your girls cry, you would feel like you wanna cry too. There's actually a research about girls with a healthy relationship with women (mostly w friends) are the ones who's most likely to succeed in the working industry. Like, they are able to survive a male-dominated and misogynistic working space because of their support system (which are mostly girls) while girls who have a poor connection (usually internal misogyny) with women are the ones who usually experience a lower chance of succeeding in their field. Like yk female support is really rEALLY empowering, and as someone who has a very supportive and loving girl friend group, I can say that I feel the most confident and prettiest because of my girl friends. Idk I think we should create more spaces where women would feel validated and would be able to express their rage and emotions with women around them. Like, I believe there's this thing as *mind conditioning* that happened a thousand of years ago that we haven't eradicated yet --- which is the idea of male validation being the basis of most things around us. I mean, we should slowly and radically take steps on empowering women more and actually setting *useless* opinions of men aside. I havent finished the video but from what I can tell your solution is putting the responsibility on women to be a girls girl to stop/help with the problem of male validation, I'm sure you understand this is a systemic problem where responsibility shouldn't be placed on a woman or women in general or just any one gender and that these are tips probably to help other women and girls to take some kind of action but yeah I just think it's important to be aware of and be careful of putting the responsibility on women and girls while men don't need/have a course of action ❤ loved listening to this!!

Cuz, despite the patriarchal structures and tendencies, meron naman talagang contexts and 'industries' kahit in local settings, that are dominated (in a number sense) by women. Hi, male validation aside, don't you think that some industries are male dominated due to biological aspects? Even from a psychological standpoint women & men are different -- it's in the scientific literature; women typically prefer 'people' and men typically prefer 'things', so because of these differences, it creates in an "outcome of choice" whereby inequality will inevitably be the result. I don't see women wanting to work in oil rigs or construction, and on the flip-side, how many men choose to work in childcare or human resource? 80% of men work in construction and engineering, and roughly 70% of women work in human resource and nursing (Nation-wide), and about 1-5% of men work in child care and 9% of men work in cosmetology; so factually speaking, there are indeed female-dominated fields too. Just sharing my thoughts :D
