I'm 23, about to be 24, and I've always felt SO behind in life. For various reasons I won't get into, I haven't gone to college, haven't had a proper job yet, and am currently going through the worst mental health period of my life. It's so strange to realize that I've been alive for nearly a quarter of a century, and I feel so unfulfilled. I feel like I've wasted it, like I'm so old already and don't have much time left, yet I still feel like I'm so young and haven't experienced anything.

As a 29-year-old who used to and still at times struggles with suicidal thoughts, I assure you that at some point, life will start feeling easier. All things are possible. Give yourself time, give life a chance, and push through with a small amount of hope, knowing that things will eventually get better. Thank you for making this video! Happy new year y’all 🎉

I feel the same way, as if every opportunity is passing by without me even having the courage or motivation to grasp on. When I was in school I always thought to myself: when I finish school everything will be better, I will have so much time for all the things that I ever wanted to do. Now that all of that is in the past, I feel as if I have let down my younger self, as if I am a failure and quite frankly everything that has been said in the video. Although I always dream so big and want to do everything, I continue to find myself doing nothing at the end of the day. Yet, I try to stay hopeful and to find myself in this deep state of existentialism and I truly believe that with passing time we will be able to find ourselves, our passions, what makes life worth living. Sometimes I think having a friend that understands this problem and that keeps on motivating you is what you need in those moments. I know I sounds odd but what about we open up a discord server or anything where we can communicate with each other and try to help each other through motivation and by checking up on each others lives. Would anyone be interested in that?

just found your channel through the howls moving castle video. this one made me cry though, i just turned 21. i lost one of my closest friends almost 3 years ago due to a car accident. i’ve been living for her since she literally can’t do it anymore, but i hope i can find a purpose for myself too. let’s have a good year 💌
