i start spiraling back to my old habit of hating the people i love the most when they start getting too close to me,my comfort,ny dreams. I try to be happy for their achievements,moments, and I love them THE MOST,but i still find myself back 4 years ago,terrified of people who hated me simply for my existence,yet claimed they 'loved' me. i want to show my loved ones i DO LOVE them, not "love" them

No 30 to 40 min video about work hard and just suffer in pain to build discipline can match. This is exactly the kind of advice I was looking for so much time. Discipline does need discomfort but I was always kept wondering if am I just to ignore the discomfort and keep going. And then it becomes even more hard to stay consistent because I have built a life around routine anf schedule not actually living it.

i was struggling with this recently.i seem to make little progress and then spiral back .taking one step foreward and 2 steps back and a the spiral like straight line emerges{like in the end of the video}. thats a very beautiful way to visualise it. also i liked how you described that we can enjoy this process of change rather then seeing it as a never ending battle,we should address our inner child and know what causes the fears,change is constant ,we should do anything to break the loop ,we will slip but the relentless atitude and drive would help

And take your time, instead of rushing through it, let the words sink in… I felt like I had to pause the video a lot to realize what you were saying and it felt more directly spoken to me whenever you were talking directly into the camera. You can have it fairly loud/audible if you manage to cut back on the right frequency ranges with EQ tools, otherwise it feels overwhelming and your voice is drown Or you can use a stereo separator
