I seriously do not understand arson This type & that man in California that started the states biggest fire recently, by starting a car on fire??!! We need to bring back public punishment to deter
Well, obviously her intentions ( which I would think, would be considered by the court) was to destroy completely, the property, people's that was the target of her arson.
