My favourite part of Yi is when he's in the cooldown for his damaging Zhonya's, so you try to burst him and he hits his 90% damage reduction button.

For what it's worth, I don't think the games have to go very well in order to be watchable. I appreciate the desire to deliver a quality video, but as far as educational content goes, bad games probably teach you more than games that go well. Anyway, thanks for the content ☺️

I really like seeing how a much better player than me adapts and reacts to the kinds of difficult situations that are a lot more common for someone at my skill level, for sure. I don't really care how a game goes as long as it's not a stomp in either direction. Unless something really entertaining happens, obviously.

Fun fact: Yi's Q is so insane, they had to actually recode it to scale inversely with CDR, because of how broken it was his Duskblade build xD

The auto attack reduction scales inversely. Not the whole ability.

I appreciate that you are a fellow AP Cho'gath enjoyer, but every time I've seen you play him, you've run arcane comet. Have you/would you try the Hail of Blades rune page for him? After I started using it, I haven't gone back. It's WAY too much fun to burst people down by spamming all 3 E-autos in under a second. Bonus points if the enemy team has enough magic damage that I can buy Turbo Chemtank and run down their backlines.

@@sidorakmine I mostly go for it into melee matchups or against characters you can easily hit with your Q. Against, say, Asol, you just Q when he's farming, walk up with approach velocity, and can get all three autos off before they can even react. I only really play Cho'gath mid. Ofc, your mileage may vary depending on rank, I'd imagine. I'm also mostly talking about fun factor, watching Cho rapid-fire autoattacks never gets old.

@@suspectsn0thing i mostly use hail mid for the scaling, oddly enough. grasp is a go no into 90% of mid matchups, its either a ranged champion you can't stack, or an annoying melee that you shouldn't try to stack. comet feels nice with Q, BUT it doesn't really fit your gameplan. winning through poke is very unreliable with cho'gath Q, and mid-late game you can't burst full health targets without multiple E charges unless you're super fed.

I think he did a HoB Cho game some time ago. Depends on the matchup, against melees it should work, but against range Comet is just more consistent.

@@oMEGa7420 even against ranged, you're much better off mid-late with hail. you just cant use your full E charges without hail unless you are tanky.

this skin reminds me of the good times of summer 2015, where the event was the more friends you play with the more ip you will get (blue essence). we stacked 5 people and got 500% ip from games and i just started playing so i got to unlock a lot of champs. it was good

god i absolutely hated playing against dshield zac mid as smth like syndra. he just heals infinite and u run out of mana, then can cheese you the way you killed this jayce. really hate manaless champs with sustain. i never even realized zac abilities cost HP, and ur legit just healing for using them rather than losing anything
