the way I've rewatched most of the episodes but have not revisited the finale since the day it aired... this show is why I can't do Fox shows anymore 😩

I've only watched season 1 of this show but the last episode was crazy Grandma did not had to die like that so harsh... and I forgot how pretty the cast was. It got so messy in the end. It was a different reaction but a very surprising ending for me. Funny reaction though 😆 🙌.

I loved Star as Star😂😂.. one thing that trumps everything for me is loyalty.. and I remember her being the only one who was loyal💀.. so yes she could be selfish and self centered, but my girl was always down😭.. And Star was better to me than Empire.. I didn’t like certain plot lines, but it held my attention unlike Empire… I’m assuming it’s because I gotta support the girlies😭😭

And Queen Latifah was in an action show The Equalizer, truly a QUEEN with range!

This show is worth the watch/re-watch. Season 2 was so good and the songs were bangers. Empire should’ve been the one that got cancelled. Star deserved better

(spoilers) 1. basically, grandma got R worded by a gang member that broke in, she got revenge by poisoning him & killing him, derek tried to help catch him by working with the feds, gang guys found out & that eventually led to grandma dying & the wedding being shot up 2. I wish they didn’t kill of simone’s ex girlfriend Karen they were so cute (simone went through sm) 3. them not having security by the 2nd season, especially Alex is WILD 4. they had queen latifah, patti labelle, brandy, kimberly elise, keke palmer, lenny kravitz, naomi campbell and more all in ONE show and it got CANCELLED. 5. I think the name Take 3 was better than Big Trouble 6. jahil died from being shot by a bullet that was meant for someone else. cassie (brandy, carlotta sister) was the one who was behind it this show was so messy watch more episodes 😭😭

The cancelation of star broke my damn heart. Not to mention how it ended 😢 Also as a HUGE fan of Lenny Kravitz I HATED his character on this show. He is so sweet and humble IRL and to see him play an asshole is just ugh! Also I was actually glad star was white because I don't like that Lee usually paints black women in a negative light.
