Watching Trolls World Tour (2020) FOR THE FIRST TIME!! || Movie Reaction!! 

Hey everyone hope you enjoyed the reaction!! See you this weekend for Leo and a surprise movie!!

Fun fact: Barb’s dad was actually voiced by the legend Ozzy Osborne, and the girl who voiced barb, Rachel Bloom, said in a bts video that she was actually really nervous to cover his song because Ozzy was in the room while she recorded it.

I love the scene when the all the Troll tribes are singing together in their own way, my favorite part of the movie to be honest.

Kelly Clarkson did a pretty good job as Delta Dawn. Justin Timberlake did a good job as Branch. The whole cast and crew did an AMAZING job in this movie.

I also love the fact that they really got a real kpop group to voice the kpop trolls (Red velvet) and a real reggaeton singer as big as JBalvin

I can't wait for your reaction to Trolls 3. That one IS MY FAVORITE!! Seriously, in my opinion, it is the best of the three, because it centers on the best character of the franchise: Branch.

The girls who voiced the Kpop gang are the real Kpop girl group Red Velvet!!

I really do like this one way more than the first trolls movie. The heavy heavy focus on the music is so good and we get so many good songs of all sorts of genres! The overall message is nice and something people forget lots too!

i don't know why but i just love the fact that Kunal Nayyar (Raj in Big Bang Theory) voices Guy Diamond, i really like seeing big bang theory actors in anything, also Christine Baranski (Leonard's Mom) voiced the Chef in the first movie

For the rock trolls i love the nod to the classic rock with Elvis. I loved that Branch clearly was enjoying each genre. Like with the kpop and reggae he would start moving and enjoying himself. He even liked the country which considering Justin Timberlake has sung duets with country singers and he is reallly good at it, makes since Branch would enjoy it.

I absolutely LOVE the message of this movie, this is my favorite Trolls movie. Differences DO matter, because that's what makes us, well, us. We're not the same, but that doesn't mean we all should be treated differently and doesn't mean we should be intolerant to others, and definitely doesn't mean we can't get along, everyone deserves love and respect. Our differences is what makes the world so colorful. I'm so glad they didn't go for the "we are all the same even if we like different things" cliche, it's more like "we are not the same, and that's okay".

I’m open to all kinds of music, so I personally felt like this movie was a perfect blend of all types of music!

World Tour is a very fun imo, really wish I saw it on the big screen though. The music is very good, always enjoyable to listen to as well.

I do love how they expanded the world in this movie and the exploration of the different music genres. I’m a country music fan so I was pretty nervous how they would portray them since the stereotype is “rednecks, trucks, and hicks” kinda thing, but I did end up enjoying that whole segment! Especially when I heard Dierks Bentley singing in the escape scene cause he’s one of my favorite artists 😁 Plus, I had did have ‘friends’ in school who were very anti-country and leaned more into the rock/metal being the end all be all of music. So I totally connected with the idea of having one’s musical preferences being disrespected by others 😢 And the ending message was really good at acknowledging differences are something that matters and didn’t cop out by merging all the genres in one big Tribe, but let the genres remain the same while letting individuals be different. And yes, the visuals in this movie are amazing! 🤩 The color, textures, movements, environments, etc. are so gorgeous that I could stare at certain scenes for hours and still find something cool to look at. I did watch the movie with directors’ commentary and one of the guys said the opening shot of Volcano Rock city took the animators months to complete! One of the animators questioned if it was really necessary, but his superior [paraphrasing] said “come on, it will look really cool!” And I do admire that extra flair these films give 😂 I was so disappointed when Covid pushed the film’s theatrical release back, but was happy they allowed streaming cause I was soooo impatient to see it! Fortunately, my local theater screened the movie when Universal gave the green light, so I did end up seeing it on the big screen, which really brightened up 2020 for me 😅😁

In many kinds of ways, Trolls: World Tour succeeds the 2016 original greatly. While the humor is there, it has you thinking for yourself about differences. That line from King Quincy: “Denying our differences is denying the truth of who we really are.” There’s a theme: The first movie was about self-acceptance, so the sequel is being accepting towards others.

I’m gonna watch this movie again, I’ve only seen it one time now I’m gonna make a second time

My favorite of the Trolls trilogy 💕🎶

The fact Guy Diamond gave birth to Tiny generates a lot of questions about the former. I mean, one could assume that male trolls are the ones to give birth, but then we see Queen Essence and that one female country troll with eggs on their hairs. So I really hope that is just a Glitter Troll thing, otherwise... we clearly have a lot to learn about Guy Diamond.

I don't enjoy these movies as much as I wish. I can see the appeal, but they're just not my type of movie. Still, I believe this sequel was definitely superior.
