I sure wish they would come up with a sensor inside the water heater tank to let you know when all the water is out because I drained a lot of water and no more water came out even wirh pressure valve up and faucet open, but when I removed the cold water inlet hose, water kept gooshing out the tank nipple, and nothing more ever came out the dran water valve. It made a mess!!!!!!!
Video's make everything look easy, wait until something goes wrong, 150 dollars will be pocket change when you have to call a plumber out to fix your mistakes
