Forgot to mention that Wyze missed the mark on these. No alert or alarm on the module itself! Wyze products generate too many false alerts and they get ignored at the app level. So a water leak would go unnoticed until well after the alert. Plus you have to invest in Wyze home security system, which has other lacking characteristics.
That would be a nice feature! My sump already has the audible alarm so I didn’t think about needing that feature. The home security package isn’t that expensive actually and you don’t have to have a paid service to use this for it which is nice!

No. You can only purchase the hub. No service needed at all. The hub allows motion & door sensors and a bunch of other stuff to be monitored, but you don’t actually need to pay for any service to use it which is cool.
