The rotator cuff is a series of small muscles and tendons around the shoulder. It also happens to be an area that is very susceptible to injury. When you use a weight ball incorrectly you run the risk of straining this area. Please, when using weight balls, be very careful what exercises you are doing and please do not pass with one arm like you regularly do with a water polo ball.
