This video was recorded on 2/3/2023 during an extremely frigid day. My sons and I wanted to try the water to snow experiment called Mpemba effect. We used a jet boiler to elevate the water's temperature to boiling rapidly. We placed the water into an open faced pot and brought it outside to do this experiment. Please be careful when attempting to perform this activity. Children, be sure to ask an adult and get supervision.
