Thank you Mr Harusaki! I found your channel last week and immediately fell in love with your art. My husband and I decided to give this one a try. We had a lot of fun.
This kind of painting process demo is waaay better than just a speed painting, as for me. Thank you very much for sharing, incredibly useful video and beautiful piece of art.
Your videos are mesmerizing. I'm fascinated with your brushwork. I wish I understood Japanese so I could read your books...will you translate them? So glad I found your channel, it has shown me what can be accomplished. Thank you so much. Cheers
Yes, wet paper makes the edges of the masking fluid spread and be soft so the snowflakes are believable. It is not done often because it can make masking fluid hard to get off the paper.
Beautiful stuff - I have a simple request - PLEASE state somewhere what colors you are using. It would be a tremendous help for watercolorists everywhere. Showing them so briefly is nice, but perhaps their names could be included in the title area
French Ultramarine, Burnt Sienna, Permanent Sap Green, Winsor Violet (Dioxazine) - all Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour. And Schmincke Horadam Transparent Orange.
