This is an 80-minute time-lapse video of a watercolor portrait by Hyun Jin Kim.
During his time at the Artist residency program at Temenggong in Singapore, he spent several hours painting a portrait of Henri, an extraordinary artist and the Residency founder.
We hope this video inspires viewers to pick up their preferred painting medium and join Hyun Jin Kim.

@@OTOss8 my bad, I thought it was a portrait of Kim Jung Gi. I posted the comment while I was walking home, I didn't watch the whole video.

beautiful job so much fun to watch. much in the spirit of Kim Jung Gi with no underdrawing, no overall color or shadow massing, just get right after it. thanks for recording and posting this..

This is good but I'd rather it was at normal speed with the sounds of the great master painting. I would also very much enjoy some information on the pigments he chose for the painting, even if you just give a very brief look at them at the beginning of the video or the end of the video. I find the silence of this video to be jarring.

If you play it at 0.5 speed it would possibly be normal paced
