People saying something like people draw well because of talent and here’s kimjunggi drawing 10hours a day for many years, most people who said that had never tried to put the same amount of time and effort into their passion
Thank you for uploading these. It was beautiful hearing Kim Hyunjin talk and reminisce about his friend Kim Jung Gi so sincerely. I almost cried while watching the whole tour🥲
Thank you so much, i really really want to visit the museum, Kim Jung Gi is one of the greatest artist of the history of humanity, he was completely one of a kind, we should be grateful and it is our job to honor his legacy as a symbol of gratitude, greetings from Mexico!!!
oh mannn i was trying to find the video of Hyun Jin Kim and Jung Gi and the fish sandals. I was watching that live! And still it makes me laugh every time i think about it, you guys were so funny together! ❤Hope you are well Hyun Jin Kim
The more you see his work, the more terrifying and also at awe you become. His skills just crazy. The amount of detail, the perspective, the accuracy of the proportions whether human, animal, mechanical, just terrifies you of the immense skill he possessed from putting in the many hours a day of studies and work. Definitely a Master. He did his work off his head, from imagination. Inspiring, very inspiring.
i can't stop thinking of all the open shelves and a ton of collectibles eventually collecting dust. cleaning up would be a nightmare:D but then again they probably hire for that
One of the greatest artists to walk the earth! Thank you for showing all his cool stuff and spreading his legacy, the more people know about him i feel the more people will be inspired to be creative ❤❤
Many thanks for sharing this with all the fans who are not able to travel anytime soon to korea (or maybe at all).. I hope the Museum will also travel over the world! The part where you presented his desk was specially hard, KJG was not just a great artist but surely a great human :( I hope his son is finding comfort in all the wristbands he left behind for him!
So fascinating how he stores all that visual information. Makes you think does he have a photographic memory, or is he just really patient and takes time to observe?
Will we ever be able to get high resolution prints of Kim Jung Gi's larger works? It's difficult to even find them on the internet... Most of them are low quality 😿
There are high resolution qualities. You have to go where they sell them. Of course if you don't get high resolution, well, it's someone just copying and printing them. You have to go to source.
