Vegito is my favourite character and as happy as I am to see him again, even my bias can’t excuse the base form. He will age as awfully as the super saiyan duo from last year did. Still summoning though
@@Scarecrowwxthe ss duo were always ass, most people including myself didn’t see it until we had the units for a while and when the gammas dropped which blew them out of the water
I personally like when my 1st slot unit does mid damage at the start of battles so all of my other units can stack as well 😅 Kind of a hot take but it is true for many of the hard fights
that’s only if you’re aiming for a turn 5 transformation though. If you want to run them safely, float them off turn 1 right away, they’ll come back on turn 4 with their intro still up. Float them off again and they’ll be back on turn 7 ready to transform.
The more I use them, the more I enjoy using them. Unfused portion isn't game breaking, but it's still good. High chance to dodge, the guard (should've been permanent) but it keeps them safe for a bit, and they can actually do good damage when in slot 2 or 3. And their Fused portion is busted as hell, and can either be very tricky or very easy to get, but when you get it, you're eating good.
In slot 2 and 3 blue boys only do 1 million damage more than slot 1 and slot 1 only does 3.4 million. Year 6 were doing 3.8 to 5 million in their supers
At least since the first form does extremely bad damage, that at least means you will be able to not blast every phase in 2 seconds like the PHY LR SSJ3 Goku and Vegeta then die because they made other units not able to get hit or anything.
These frauds couldn’t be my goat that Activates the Entrance Animation (once only) and ATK +100% when performing a Super Attack and randomly changes Ki Spheres of a certain Type (PHY excluded) to PHY Ki Spheres for 6 turns from start of turn when there are 6 or more Super Class allies on the team at start of character's attacking turn; Ki +2 and ATK & DEF +150%; plus an additional ATK & DEF +50% when attacking; medium chance of evading enemy's attack (including Super Attack); plus an additional ATK & DEF +50% and chance of evading enemy's attack (including Super Attack) +30% with 3 or more Ki Spheres obtained; launches an additional Super Attack and guards all attacks with 6 or more Ki Spheres obtained; plus an additional ATK +50% starting from the turn in which the character performs the 4th Super Attack in battle
After playing with them, i can say that its pretty easy to transform, u just need teq vb or v&t next to them and ur good. Remember that by the end of the celebration it will be easier to transform with them because we will be getting a lot of future saga ezas and units.
I agree, I only have 55% and I've easily beaten rose red zone over and over with them on my team. And for fusing I agree I've fused pretty easily. Even though base is weaker then expected I really haven't had any issues yet but that can change with newer red zone stages but we will see.
I’m in hopes int future gohan eza cuz I think he would be good with that damage reduction + eza stat buff and hopefully a future saga support to go with the bond of master and disciple support
@@NcK_146I've had the opposite experience where the team I'm using is too strong and I can't get to below 70% hp by turn 5 and they just get demolished by normals
This unit has worked so well for me. They tank and when the intro wears off I always manage to transform and dominate every event with him and gogeta blue. 0 dupes btw. They haven’t disappointed me yet!
I get fucked with 2-3 turns not being able to transform either because they are off rotation or because i need to heal or ill die. End up on turn 7 with them untransformed often. I lost a really close run where they died from 4 normals on turn 7 cuz of their shit transformation requirement.
@@Danny-1236Take your own advice. They work fine in literally every red zone including the goku black one. They tank way better than trunks+vegeta too during the first 4 turns (and I have trunks+vegeta highly link leveled with a dupe too vs my vegito that is 55% and low link levels).
Thats what am saying go back on fpssj4 goku’s videos he was shiting on him for having 800k plus def while doing everything he’s doing compared to this vegtio that has half the raw def the only thing he has is dodge but if it doesn’t even he’s not tanking as much as fp is tanking
In my experience, I’ve never struggled to fuse in tough content. Their dmg doesnt matter in base, and their defense is solid enough. Had them tank teq cell 55% before any supers for 433k. Which is a lot, but most agl characters cant survive to begin with
I just now realized where they got the 18 Ki animation idea from for Vegito. It’s in the DBS intro during the TOP arc and goku does it outside of his house with Chi Chi next to him 🤯 love that animation.
LR AGL Vegito and the Blue Fusions together HAVE to be the strongest rotation in the game. I struggle to see how most bosses survive the onslaught of attacks that come from them man
@@cowabungaitis9319Lmao str gogeta is worse than the new agl vegito, you realize that right? Vegito is way better defensively post transformation and gives 50% def to all allies on 18ki. He’s 110% better
AGL Vegito is by no means a "bad unit" But I think people are just annoyed that they sort of undercooked with the entire kit of the character. That plus the hype has really soured the community. The duo are just so underwhelming after turn 4 and in most of the older redzone fights that I've tried, Teq LR Vegito just ends up doing way more work by the end of the run. The kit is what it is, but damn, they really should've made his transformation easier to access. Once transformed, Vegito just brings so much utility and solid damage to the table. But getting there can be ass sometimes.
yea but then they're not stacking and they lose their slot 1 defense and dodge. I think the newer red zone stages allow you to get away with this cuz the bosses hit so hard, but for the rest of the game there are just some runs where you're not taking as much damage depending on the units you take. Theyre not bad and their animations are fire. Just feels very underwhelming that their transformation is a bit of an obstacle when there's other units that transform much easier. @@isthatajojorefrence5271
@@isthatajojorefrence5271thats why it's a good argument.... if u need to float the newest lr dfe vegito for him to be good then they didnt make them good enough
@@bendover04 not playing into the units strength Doesnt mean that he isnt good enough It just means that you are bad at the game, not the units fault IF i were to stall and make the fight to longer until bulma lost her guard and then threw her in slot 1 and she got one shot Does that mean she isnt made good enough? No, it means i didnt play into her strength
@@isthatajojorefrence5271if you are running this unit you are 100% running them in slot 1 and having to float off your slot 1 unit or they get oneshotted by normals is just dumb as hell. LR SSJ4 Goku doesn't have this problem, the GT duo don't have this problem, Orange piccolo doesn't have this problem and especially zamasu doesn't have this problem. None of those units have a "if I don't transform the game is lost because I take 300k from normals" turn unless you intentionally sabotage them like putting SSJ4 in slot 3 or have the GT duo not attack at all in base.
I dont like the fact that they didnt heal when transform, if u have noticed, in the transformation vegeta does not eat a senzu, but in the anime he does. That means they made that on purpose. If he heals on active skill, and swap the super attack effects and make that extra 50 stats and se vs extreme class instead of rog that would be perfect.
They should've given the base portion the same ability as int lr vegeta and trunks. The first couple of turns they got guard at any slot and when it wears off they can keep their guard, but only slot 1.
A decent mechanic for Vegito would be for him to heal after collecting orbs once only. You could kill with the active and get the others to transform and heal on that rotation.
Very weird to say but I genuinely think attack equips are the play for vegito. They make a noticable difference starting off and with how much he stacks attack any increase to his starting attack is very good.
Goku and Vegeta dont need to carry their teams damage when theres the 5th year fusions, 8th year Lrs, etc. Dodge is going to cover their weakness in base and make vegito stronger in the long run anyway.
Hey truth! I was wondering if you can cover this idea. Vegeta and trunks guard for 5 turns so you can run them in slot two with this lr blue goku and vegeta and when their guard wears off you can then put vegeta and trunks in slot 1 and have them in slot two until you get to vegito. Just thought for food
I think for the vegito side he is by no means bad but the damage is infact underwhelming for a turn 7ish transformation. Teq lr vb once in blue is doing just as manny suppers but like 4-5 million more attack stat per super. Could be wrong but that’s what I’m seeing
He ain’t bad he’s top 5 for sure he can reach 900k-1.2 million defense after super he gains 50% reduction before attacking has 50% chance to dodge and gets a baseline 20% damage reduction he also gives 50% defense support after superbug he’s around top 5-3ish but merged zamasu is NUMBA 1
thats what im thinking as well, teq VB and gogeta are doing like 14-16 mil after they fully build which takes 1 turn, and rainbowed agl vb is only doing like 11 on turn 7. not a good look for agl vb imo
I think people forget those numbers are higher than the game shows due to him being Super effective against all types. That and the insane defense boost he gives the rotation which 1) we never see, and 2) people never care about as much as big damage numbers. I think the fact that he can essentially pick his turn that he wants guaranteed dodge with his active also makes him better.
@@sunnysaenngarm5375he's been out since year 2 or 3 if I remember it's about time we get a new one most likely doing the fighterZ lvl 3 move but like I said we need actual standalone fusions now this whole transforming and active skills are getting overated and old
They really should have switched the 12 and 18ki SA effects of Goku and Vegeta. If they stacked DEF on their 12ki and you put them in Slot 2 or 3 they would have the potential of stacking their defense 3 times. Now you only get a single stack regardless of the slot.
Or they could have just let them raise atk and def on both supers like the 7th years. Or even if he just raised def for 1 turn on 12 ki would have been enough lol.
Vegito Blue not living up to his expectation in terms of strength + kit design is the exact same situation as his half son, which in other words, they are massively disappointing, especially Gohan. Visually, both are incredibly stunning. I am completely fine with Goku&Vegeta offensive power being mid, because there are tons of other units that can fill that role in their teams . If anything I am very pleasant that they are moreso a defensive unit, not dealing crazy damage so other units can stack/build up too. It's just that their kit is a bit wonky, if only they stacked both atk&def on 12ki and 18ki OR their intro is active for 5 turns OR their active condition is just flat out turn 4-5, they would be a lot more... complete, less frustrating (I guess). That isn't to say Vegito Blue is that beautifully designed either, why didn't they give him a full heal and make him a top tier untouchable counter unit?????? Sure his ability to super multiple times while greatly raising atk&def is really powerful and all but I think we've seen way too much units that can do that (with the releases this year). I wish he had an active skill that basically forces the enemy (or enemies) to focus all of their attacks on to him, no matter which slot you put him in, maybe for like 2 rotations. That in my opinion, would bring back the dominance of Vegito counters (eza STR Vegito when) and adds more diversity to the current meta. And he would look like an absolute god and zesty as he shits on the enemies when taking 0 damage, but he'd only have 40%-50% dmg reduction against supers. The only reason I am ranting like this is purely out of my love for Vegito and Gohan, no way I'd be like this for other characters.
So you’re mad because they went defensive on vegito when in the past it has shown that method of design just doesn’t age well, sure he has the dame gimmicks as other units but guess what, every unit that has that gimmick is a top 10 unit in the game along with that this is the only vegito unit that is a slot 1 tank i would rather have that than some counter unit who would die like str vegito, i get you expected more from him but he’s perfect as is and your expectations of him being “better” than he his right now is what is hurting this character and the community nobody said he would have any counters or be this offensive god, your own expectations did and since he didn’t meet them you think he’s underwhelming when obviously he’s not
@@grimgiant3378can you please reread and point out which part i said that I was mad that he's a defensive unit and that when fused he's underwhelming?????? DRAGON BALL FANS CAN'T READ LOL
@@grimgiant3378bro, what he meant was the only new LR Vegito after 3 YEARS literally have nothing to stood out compared to other units, for example there are literally too many slot 1 units already, while Zamasu got an entire new mechanic and yet vegito’s kit was.. a little repetitive and monotonous after such a long time. I too also think he could have been way better and more exciting to use to be worth the hype, Dokkan could have been more creative…
@@esof6814 This yeah in terms of Lrs there’s only been less than 5 slot 1 characters so i don’t thinl thats too much and secondly if vegito is perfect the way he is and performs at a high level who cares if his kit is “repetitive” or doesnt have a new mechanic. this is what i meant when expectations ruining new units because you expected a bunch of new things for this unit but since he doesn’t have those things he’s underwhelming somehow even tho he’s a top 5 unit in the game
Vegito is great, but I believe that FP SSJ4 (once he's transformed) is very well on a level above him. His multiplicative ATK and DEF buffs, as well as his DR lasting the whole turn makes a world of difference. It is true that Vegito has his busted Active skill tho, I just think FPSSJ4 is more consistent
Vegito is consistently doing more damage Defensively if depends on the situation but fp is probably consistently better Wouldnt say a "level above" tho Both are no.1 in my book
The issue is the transformation conditions. Vegito is perfect as is, you are correct… the issue is, you’re rarely getting him out, because you either die too quick, or get to turn 7-8-9 lol They needed to stack ATK & DEF on both supers, and they needed easier transformation requirements. That is all they need to be a top 5 unit in the game… Currently I would say this unit is fighting it out with Year 8 Z Duo for like the top 6-7 spots
@@notsoscottish8443 What they can do since most of the jp players are disappointed about the blue boys is give them 5 turns of guard BOOM!!! much better. Oh or make the transformation cond 1 turn less, so either turn 4 under 70% hp and turn 6 for the 100%. Those little changes either of them btw, would make everyone like them.
The haters are blowing this out of proportion. Just float them off after turn 4 to get the transformation if not under 70% HP. No one complained when 7th anniversary units couldnt tank redzone broly after turn 1
I recommend everyone who has at least 1 copy of the units and want to go back in for dupes to wait till EZAS and part 2 LR info drops don't miss out on chance for crazy part 2 unit for a extra copy of something you already have

@@R3V0F3VAre you reading some of these comments. I’m seeing people say the whole unit is bad (even though the Goku/Vegeta portion only sucks post guard).
Vb is def not great, he isn’t bad at all, but the base form is pretty shit before transforming, and transforming is inconsistent, then when he does transform, the fact he isn’t getting higher numbers is ass… TEQ vb hits so much harder.
Either MUI Goku levels of excellence or they’re the same species of PHY Raditz no in-between Edit: Also 8.5 million on active skill is borderline Beast Gohan levels of damage (16:54) just saying
if you wanna see bigger numbers on the boys before fusing just run slot 2 since they get bonus atk there 🤷♂️. Depending on the rotation I've been switching them between 1 and 2nd slot until I fuse and then just move vegito to slot 1 from there on
This is how I can tell folks don’t quite understand how their kit works(I’m agreeing with you). They get a lot of defense when the turn starts in slot 1, and then a lot of attack if placed in 2 or 3.
@dantecurry207 yup Truth said they are like FPSSJ4 Goku( I do believe it for the Vegito part) but unfused is more like 8th anni LR's to me you can run in either slot depending on what you want to do with them while you build your stacks up on them.
Do you think it's good that rainbowed unit can only deal 4 million damage? That's a Worldwide celebration Vegito, right? Even the 7th anniversary units are stronger than him.

They gotta buff their base. For the most hype unit of the year, this man should not be this weak in base. Bro hits like a f2p unit in slot 1 and tanks like a f2p unit after his intro wears off. If Vegito blue wasn’t utterly busted then this unit would be an entirely underwhelming release Edit: ok the defense is hyperbole but the damage is god awful and the defense is lacking as well.
Another issue with their condition is that you’re basically forced to transform as soon as you get it cause you’re probably already low health which just takes away the choice of stacking more to make vegito look better but I’m probably just being greedy
IMO from global perspective I would say this unit is probably 5 behind bulma, piccolo, gt 8th, and 5th anni. Overall I think they really good but def a little underwhelming overall.
I think one safe strategy for blue goku and vegeta is to put them in slot 3 twice consecutively to maintain there Guard. This will also cause them to appear in turn 7 ready to transform to Vegito Blue.
it’s because people let their expectations get ahead of them and thought if vegito wasn’t undisputed number 1 or 2 he’s trash even tho he’s top 5 minimum
People are actually saying this unit is like beast gohan for a single turn where they have a chance to get caught 😭😭. But honestly i understand because the fusing condition should have been just turn 4 because the main selling point of this unit is vegito blue himself
I think when people say hes trash they dont mean hes "trash, as in a bad unit" but their RIGHTFULLY frustrated in the WORLDWIDE CELEBRATION HEADLINER UNIT not being undisputed top 3 and i think thats not a bad expectation to have. People are definitely emotional about it but they are completely in the right for feeling this dude is not good enough hes top ten sure but a fusion worldwide celebration headline having the expectation hes 1, 2 , 3 is one i can get behind
Needs 5 turns to get VB out with 70% and under of course meanwhile you can get Super Trunks out faster by only needing 5 attacks who has similar damage 👀Trunks before super form is pretty bad tho so hes still not the best out there for sure. I get it once you get him out its pretty much GG but like it should have been 4 turns he is still insane but his main issues is the Goku/Vegeta the transformation and dupes help them tremendously and his Active skill is just crazy being able to dodge everything while doing good damage cus of stacks.

I use the new vegito with the 5th anni blue fusions each on a rotation, bulma, gt duo and ssj3 bardock (dont have yajirobe T.T) as floaters and i beat anything EASY and its the first team thats more fun to use for me since the super hero team was released, 100% my new favorite team going forward!
I actually like the fact that they aren’t super crazy in base. I feel like it makes them more balanced and able to enjoy the card more before vegito comes out and just cream pies everything
When orange piccolo dropped I got him 79% due to crazy luck. Used him 3 times and was incredibly bored because he was too strong and broken day 1. I think the games much more fun and thrilling when units can be caught, if you can just tank everything it gets boring really fast.
I knew at 100% he would be beastly. Whats funny is people on reddit are doimg calculations with the raimbowed version saying he will die from every big boss in the game hahahaha. Thats how bad reddit is now they have fully lost out on how to do calculations. The rates on the banners are so so bad though. I feel like they are tieing rates to the units. Also if you put thwm in slot 2 they get closer to the gods damage. How come people didn't get mad about str cooler? He dies I'm most content unless yoy get a great run. He can be killed in literally almost all harder content. Yes you cab win but he has more chances of dieing then this vegito. Especially content thats hard off the bat. Dupes is needed. No questions asked. The dodge level is advised. Keep what truth said beginning of the vid. “The intro wears off” so best to have that high level of dodge along with some additional.
NGL, after playing with my 55% copy, I kinda feel as though that 70% is not as bad as people make it out to be. I've been able to consistently get that on every hard event... except Broly red zone cause AOE just one shot one of my other units before I got the chance lol. It could for sure be better, and there will surely be times where it'll make things more difficult for you, but it isn't THAT bad... That being said, yeah, Base Goku and Vegeta for sure need 1 turn defense on that 12 Ki.
They need to stack attack and defense on both 12 ki and 18 ki. Only problem and maybe 50% attack and defense in vb if there is a future saga ally in same turn
The only thing I don’t agree with is the hatred of crits on this guy. You throw on some level 5 crit and dodge equips and get him 25 crit and a bunch of dodge too. You really only need around 10 additional anyways. In vegito, he’ll always proc the additional anyways, he has guarenteed dodge, so the crits brining in the extra damage would be nice, especially since he’s throwing out 6 attacks in a single turn. And even if he doesn’t crit he still has super effective against all types. I’m not saying that dodge isn’t better than crit, because realistically it is, but if you want to see vegito go abosolutely crazy, go 10 additional, 25 crit and 10 dodge.
Also you really don’t need that many additionals in base anyways because it’s not like you are getting defence from them, and also he already has built in additionals which makes the additional route not the greatest.
People be complaining about his damage but this video shows that he can zero to death a final phase of a red zone boss by himself. And if you still aren’t happy, then switch off of additional and give this guy some crit.
Low damage for them is good. Keep them stacking Atk in slot 1 for Vegito and lets other stackers in slot 2 get hits in. You could also float them and keep Vegito for an even longer fight in an ideal situation and have a 3 turn stacked Vegito They work well, just needed Atk+Def stack on 12ki
